Remarks

If passed your 12th it is good enough in case of KCET you will get seat even you have lower rank . You can find the application in there official website -http://sairamce.edu.in/engg-admission-2021/ You can get the scholarship from college if you have took admission through management as well as Government of Karnataka. Even if you are have got addmission through KCET you will get You will get scholarship from government of Karnataka.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choose this course because of my interest but this college is really good for CSE( Computer science engineering). Both teaching and placement are good in CSE. Even EEE is good but not as equal as CSE Faculty:student ratio is 1:15 Faculty are well experienced and they have completed mtech and you can find most of them have even had Ph.D. but if you are good in local language it will benefit for you. Even you can easily understand what they are teaching if you are not good in local language . Exams are done as per the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) you guess the difficulty of exam by pass ratio in internet

There are few like countable in fingers companies of internship. I have been to titan internship there I have in inplant training but I didn't participate in any project . We can find internships very easily regarding our interest

Placement Experience

Students who have completed 6th sem will get placement offers if they are eligible for company requirements. There are so many companies come to college some of them are ZOHO, TATA, BYJUS, and many more Average package is 3lack per annum and highest is 10lack per annum College climes that 95% of placement but as I know 50-60% will get placed in campus I am planning to get the job of my interest after completing the course

Fees and Financial Aid

If addmission is through KCET fee will allocated by VTU it self it depends on marks and ranking of KCET If it is management seat then it will 1lack for other departments and for CSE it 1.25Lack Sri leo Muthu scholarship are given for students who have got admitted through management College will give installment kind of facility to pay the fee

Campus Life

Fest are conducted by all departments of engineering course every year Milagro( EEE Fest)will be conducted in the mounth of December We can find the books for all the subjects of course in the library recommend by VTU. Even we can get the lecture note and videos in digital library of college. College will encourage the sports for those who are interested. Even they will call special couch for the perticular sports. There are more than 15 clubs in the college which are run by students and departments

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

I great there is no ragging in our college
There is a discipline in our college and good atmosphere
there is good faculty in our college and nature is good

Dislikes

there is no specific sports for there course
vehicles parking is not good our the college

Placement Experience:

from 5 th semester there will be campus place ment is there There will many companies are visited , like Amazon, google, There is 60 lakh per annual but i didn't known which companies there will be 80 percent students are getting placement my plan is to make money and help the poor peoples There is beast placement in our college , there will be a internships and good here for Hailey package in this college

Good Infrastructure and Career Opportunities

Likes

Yes the first thing I liked is the campus and the environment there is no harrasment and strict action will be taken.
And second thing is faculty members are so helpful and they always help to students and different festival
And also the campus provide all facilities and make helps to sports and ration is almost equal of boys and girls

Dislikes

Yes some things are there which I disliked first is the campus is very strict and no function are organised yearly ones or twice is very sad thing as compared to other campus
Second thing is food students facing some problem with the food which hear prepared so outsiders facing lot of problems
Third is about hostel facility is good but very strict only once a week the students should go out side and write leave letter to go there native places.

Placement Experience:

Students got opportunity to eligible after 3rd year mainly in 7th semester students get opportunity for campus interview. In my college the company which came to hire is congizent and microsoft and amezon and dell nearly 80 to 90 company are came. The company offers is highest is 40 lack per annum which google provide and minimum is 4lack . Mainly 80 percent of the students are placed every year but due to war happened in the global impact in placement I want to do masters in abroad and then go to the company

Likes

very first thing i like in the college is the wifi network,
the library which is very peace and silent
average places to take photos and nearby there is nandi hills to visit

Dislikes

i dislike the distance of the college, its too large, should walk soo much
the cost of stationaries in the general store
i dont think so faculy are that much expertise , only countable people worth it

see i have choosed this course because it is very relatable to CSE, coz my ranking was not sufficient to get this course. the course which i took "Information Science and Engineering" is really a good course. they make us real world engineers. the area they shld actually improve is, hiring worthable faculty.

Likes

Campus is good and mainly located near Whitefield.
too good supportive professor. Staff are too chill. Some staff are like our bestfriend's.
Lab equipment are good . You are not facing any issue with pc.. it's good

Dislikes

There is only few events in a year. I think only 3 events.
Hostel building is too bad. And hostel food is too bad.
There is no field to play games like cricket, football.

Placement Experience:

After 8 sems we are eligible for placements. TCS ,Dell and many companies visited mvj. Highest package of mvj was 22lakhs per annum. Basically some companies ask CGPA at above 8. My plan is a developer after my engineering in python language or Else I will continue my dad business

Insights of the Gopalan college of engineering and Management by a First Year Student

Likes

Canteen is fine has nice and tasty food and quite a lot of options
Library is also good has every book related to my course and few others as well
Lab facilities are also very nice and the college has a nice crowd

Dislikes

It's nothing like I expected, they don't let students use the ground or turfs. Facilities are pretty bad.
They charge money for everything and has zero facilities for college students. Everything is for there school students.
College is very small and the faculties are rude to students. (Mostly the case)

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placements from there 7th semester but I wouldn't recommend relying on college for placements. Not many companies come to this college so placements are really bad. If u have skills it would be better to apply to companies on your own. I don't have details on how many students gets placed but as much as I know it's about 30-50 % And average package is also very low. I plan of gaining skills and certification on my own and job hunting myself in 4th year through my connections and internships. Or maybe go abroad for masters As I'm a first year student I don't know much about which companies come and how much they offer.

Good ranking of college among other private colleges of India
Best location of college in the silicon valley of India
Various opportunities of internship to students

Dislikes

Campus area of the college is less than expexted
Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

Good college for every students

Actually, I was having some idea about electronic communication engineering and I got a seat also in that particular domain and the course is interesting also and the college will provide you with a special mentor who guides you and leads you further without any problems that are faced by you and you can share whatever problems you are facing and all the faculties are highly graduated and some teachers are done Ph.D. the teaching methods are excellent. If we see at the fee structure the fee is very high only but the government is affording the scholarship for every student the students should take care of it and should apply to get it to make use of it sometimes the college provides internships and extra activities that should be done.
