Remarks

No... overall very good but some points. The maximum non-teaching staff does not use English only use the Tamil language it's very bad.

Entrance Preview

Merit based. 12th score considering then after conducting interviews and the final selection made after then distributed the departments according to merit.

College Events

2

Academic programs leading to the award of Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees along with Diploma and Certificate Programmes in selected fields. Research programs for Students, Faculty, and Professionals. Special programs, conferences, seminars, short-term programs, and consultancy services. Collaborative research programs in coordination with government /non-governmental organizations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive, For my course, I pay a course fee of Rs 67660/- per year. If your native is Tamil Nadu and you are in reservation quota then the fee is very low. It is around Rs 20000-25000. Every year they give scholarships to a huge amount of students. They also get scholarships for the hostel.

Fees and Financial Aid

All banks are ready to give loan also for our expenditure at very low interest in AU Cuddalore.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio is almost equal. Students parties are there as well to improve the quality of living and learning on the campus, but most of the time merely end up in one to one policy. Most students are (80% students) are from a rural background and first graduates in their family. In such a ways the university serves much most backward and scheduled community in the regions nearby. Politics are there inside the campus but overall it never dominates the students.

Hostel Facilities

2

Not good, Hostel days are the best. But when it comes to food, you're always struggling. Quick thinking is key here or you will stay hungry. Here are ten things you will completely relate to if you ever stayed in a hostel. Hostels have some freaking cool amenities these days. Some of the best hostels around the world are even nicer than a lot of hotels you may have stayed in. But one of our favorite hostel amenities is the almighty guest kitchen, and we explained why in our post on how to save money on food while traveling— a guest kitchen means that you can cook your own meals, saving you from having to eat out a ton– which can really take a toll on your wallet.

Alumni/Alumna

Overall it is good but need improvement in terms of teaching standards apart from good research and add some extra activities.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is not quite stressful. We had flexible schedule of internal and semesters exams. Two internals and final semester exams. We don't have more model exams as well. Lab experiments and practicals are also not very much frequent. All together.

Admission

Annamalai Students come from across the country and around the world. They represent a diverse section, comprising of valid backgrounds and cultures. The various courses offered by the University sprawls across different disciplines. The University offers both Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs along with a few diploma programs. Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.
