Remarks

12th science as the main subject is needed, Application forms available online through the website Application form in the June, MCQ-based paper entrance, There is a reservation but I didn't get it as I was a general category.

As I wanted to do a master's in math's which is why I pursue BSc in math's. Faculty members are good enough with highly qualified. The number of students in each class is approx. 80. Faculty are highly from the prestigious college of India and have teaching experience of at least 6 years. Exams are semester wise in every 6months.

Internships Opportunities

Companies offer jobs for Btech and MTech students with an average package of 4.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, HCl, and many companies like offer jobs. Internships are offered to 3rd-year students which helps them a lot in the future with their CVs. Projects are offered for the 3rd year student-related science.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are not that high it is affordable and fees are regulated by the state government and there are 3-4 types of scholarship programs two of them are provided by the College itself while one is provided by the state government and the other is provided by the central government.

Lucknow fest is the prime example and like this many fests are organized every month in the College where students get to explore themselves. There are big three libraries with all the latest facilities and all types of books including the cyber library. Lucknow name, Lucknow official is the social group.

Life at Shuats

Likes

The entire College campus is very beautiful
Here practical knowledge is preferred morethan other colleges
Almost Teachers are very friendly and helpful

Dislikes

Somehow basic facilities are messed up like clean washrooms in departments
Sone Departments also don't have drinking water supply for students including mine

Placement Experience:

Basically students from 5th semester become eligible for placement, there are a number of companies which are visited for placement my course doesn't offer placement but many courses like bca, bba, b pharma, biotechnology etc have good placement opportunities Opting for an msc is good for students wanting to pursue bsc zbc

Likes

The environment of campus and classes are very good.
Support of management and faculty in problem is very good.
Students and teachers bond is very good, all the facilities are very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements of university is good in every department of the university, around 5500+ placements Happened this year from my university with a good package in good companies. These were many companies visit our university for placements like, Capgemini, Infosys, Microsoft, Tata, Appollo Healthcare, Phillips, etc.

Likes

I like there teachers teaching methods and their dedication about their responsibility
I like there teachers behaviour if you can't understand what they teaches you can ask again and they will again explain you with patience
I like there laboratory where I derive conclusions by myself

Dislikes

I don't like there one aged teachers behaviour which belong to physics faculty
I don't like there lover point where students sit all day with their girls or boys
I don't like there security guards duties they did not ven check that who is entering in the college

Overall it's was average college as it is not an metropolitan city

Teachers were cooperative and so the faculty .
Very reasonable price for such courses like B.Sc , BA , B.Com

Dislikes

Infrastructure is veryyyyy bad there are proper sufficient area but no infrastructure
Very unhygienic and no amenities of basic college like potable water , hygienic sitting arrangement, broken doors and tables, no digi boards etc
There's no modern ways of learning nor electronics aids for better learning also there's no laboratory for experiment nor tools and ingredients

I had interest in chemistry & zoology so i wanted to pursue B.Sc for my graduation There were no trouble for admission & no strict rules and regulations of policies Infrastructure i would recommend them to ask authority to work on the amenities & resources and better environment with modernized methodologies of teaching with electronic aid will automatically improve the quality of education Frequency of exams were fine and it was pretty average level any average student can learn and write answers with understanding of topics

This college is based on Merit list. Thats why we didn't need to qualify any type entrance for getting Admission. At my admission time the cut off of b.sc was 73%.

Good Faculty but not so good placement

The addmission process is very simple, you need to give JEE mains examination and then you need to participate in UPTAC counselling.
