Remarks

I feel glad to say I am that I was in annamalai and I am pass out from there now I am a civil engineer and in job in Delhi metro they manages things nicely even our college is 24*7 under cctv cervilance

Directly took admission as I was referred by one of my relatives who were in the same college and scored 6.99 cgpa in my studies

It was ok all the subjects were good while in first year it was only 1 semester and two maths two physics two chemistry and then six months semester from second year

Many companies are coming for internships some of them are government and some are non government company I was selected for prime minister gramin sadak yojna

Many companies like hcl took 30% students with an average package of 180000 Lorraine and torbo took 90% civil students with an average package of 360000

Fee is feasible 65750 per year and 150 rs per theoretical paper and 180 rupees per practical and 55000 rs per year for hostel and hostel is best for accommodation

Yes, scholarship is available and loan is also available and it's easily passed nearly 80 % value will be passed on scholarships and 100% loans

Campus Life

I thoroughly enjoyed reading in my college and enjoyed night life in chidambaram its near beach and when you want to enjoy u can go to beach and chill out there with girlfriend and frnds

There are three types of rooms, two seater, three seater, four seater spacious rooms and wardrobe for each student

Senior students are helpful they helped us to settle down and mixup fortunately and they are good even grls are helpful in everything campus is so good to roam

Examination are conducted twice named seasonals and then semester is conducted in a ratio of 60-40 in which 40 marks practical is conducted

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.
