Remarks

Application forms are released in the month of April - May on the official website of Lucknow University lkouniv.ac.in. Admission is done through entrance exam. Candidate should have passed intermediate from a recognised board/university for UG courses. Improvement I want to see is the admission process should be a little bit fast.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course to gain in depth knowledge in my subject. Faculty is highly qualified. Teaching method is very professional. Classes, labs and exams are always on time. In even semester, the exam is objective and in odd semester the exam is subjective. Percentage awarded to students is comparatively lesser than other universities.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a government funded institution, the fees is very reasonable. If your annual family income is less than 2.5 lakh, you can apply for scholarship provided by UP govt. University also provide scholarship to finnancially weak students from VC care fund. Campus placement is not good here till now but the university has got the prestigious rating of A++ by NAAC this year. So the chances for increment in placements are very high.

Campus Life

There is convocation ceremony held every year. Almost every type of book is available in the library. A lot of sports occur. University also has its teams. Classrooms are old style, big and ventilated. Fans and lights are there. There are a lot of co curricular activities like singing, communication skills, drama etc. happening over the year. There are a lot of groups on social media such as LU UPDATE, LU WALON KA TALENT etc.

The entire College campus is very beautiful
Here practical knowledge is preferred morethan other colleges
Almost Teachers are very friendly and helpful

Dislikes

Somehow basic facilities are messed up like clean washrooms in departments
Sone Departments also don't have drinking water supply for students including mine

Basically students from 5th semester become eligible for placement, there are a number of companies which are visited for placement my course doesn't offer placement but many courses like bca, bba, b pharma, biotechnology etc have good placement opportunities Opting for an msc is good for students wanting to pursue bsc zbc

Likes

The environment of campus and classes are very good.

Placements of university is good in every department of the university, around 5500+ placements Happened this year from my university with a good package in good companies. These were many companies visit our university for placements like, Capgemini, Infosys, Microsoft, Tata, Appollo Healthcare, Phillips, etc.

Infrastructure is veryyyyy bad there are proper sufficient area but no infrastructure
Very unhygienic and no amenities of basic college like potable water , hygienic sitting arrangement, broken doors and tables, no digi boards etc
There's no modern ways of learning nor electronics aids for better learning also there's no laboratory for experiment nor tools and ingredients

I had interest in chemistry & zoology so i wanted to pursue B.Sc for my graduation There were no trouble for admission & no strict rules and regulations of policies Infrastructure i would recommend them to ask authority to work on the amenities & resources and better environment with modernized methodologies of teaching with electronic aid will automatically improve the quality of education Frequency of exams were fine and it was pretty average level any average student can learn and write answers with understanding of topics

First of all I would like to tell you about the staff of my college. The staff of my college is very polite.

My college also has the facility of extra classes and library.

Dislikes

It is better if the environment is clean as well as cool then I face a problem of trees.
