Course Curriculum Overview

I have interest in science since childhood so I choose bsc subject for graduation There are at least 8-10 teachers in every department,they are punctual and take classes seriously Ph.D. faculty highly qualified,even titans are there at least one in every department Semester Exams are done every 4-5 month and good knowledge is a must to pass the exams and get first division

Internships Opportunities

I am a B.sc. student ,these features are available for btech ,MBA students .B.sc. students don't get internships or company offers so I am not sure about companies offering jobs aur any internships or projects

Fees and Financial Aid

It is very cheap for students 12000 yearly fees and 20-21000 for self-finance seats Bsc course doesn't provide internships Or any other facility but there is a facility of scholarship that anyone can avail of with his father's income certificate

Campus Life

Regular events are performed in it, every sport,activity , trips are conducted consistently There are 2 libraries which can issue books for 1 week and 6 months respectively Separate department for sports , one co curricular subject is compulsory for every student NCC,Lumba ,

Admission

Eligibility was 12th pass with 75% The application form is available on their website Reservation is there for, sc, St, OBC, disabled, army background It should be totally online, the final form has to be submitted offline in the faculty of science

Life at Shuats

Likes

The entire College campus is very beautiful
Here practical knowledge is preferred morethan other colleges
Almost Teachers are very friendly and helpful

Dislikes

Somehow basic facilities are messed up like clean washrooms in departments
Sone Departments also don't have drinking water supply for students including mine

Placement Experience:

Basically students from 5th semester become eligible for placement, there are a number of companies which are visited for placement my course doesn't offer placement but many courses like bca, bba, b pharma, biotechnology etc have good placement opportunities Opting for an msc is good for students wanting to pursue bsc zbc

Likes

The environment of campus and classes are very good.
Support of management and faculty in problem is very good.
Students and teachers bond is very good, all the facilities are very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements of university is good in every department of the university, around 5500+ placements Happened this year from my university with a good package in good companies. These were many companies visit our university for placements like, Capgemini, Infosys, Microsoft, Tata, Appollo Healthcare, Phillips, etc.

Likes

I like there teachers teaching methods and their dedication about their responsibility
I like there teachers behaviour if you can't understand what they teaches you can ask again and they will again explain you with patience
I like there laboratory where I derive conclusions by myself

Dislikes

I don't like there one aged teachers behaviour which belong to physics faculty
I don't like there lover point where students sit all day with their girls or boys
I don't like there security guards duties they did not ven check that who is entering in the college

Overall it's was average college as it is not an metropolitan city

Teachers were cooperative and so the faculty .
Very reasonable price for such courses like B.Sc , BA , B.Com

Dislikes

Infrastructure is veryyyyy bad there are proper sufficient area but no infrastructure
Very unhygienic and no amenities of basic college like potable water , hygienic sitting arrangement, broken doors and tables, no digi boards etc
There's no modern ways of learning nor electronics aids for better learning also there's no laboratory for experiment nor tools and ingredients

I had interest in chemistry & zoology so i wanted to pursue B.Sc for my graduation There were no trouble for admission & no strict rules and regulations of policies Infrastructure i would recommend them to ask authority to work on the amenities & resources and better environment with modernized methodologies of teaching with electronic aid will automatically improve the quality of education Frequency of exams were fine and it was pretty average level any average student can learn and write answers with understanding of topics

This college is based on Merit list. Thats why we didn't need to qualify any type entrance for getting Admission. At my admission time the cut off of b.sc was 73%.

Good Faculty but not so good placement

The addmission process is very simple, you need to give JEE mains examination and then you need to participate in UPTAC counselling. No minimum age restriction, you should have a bachelor's degree in chemistry and for admission, you have to score at least 75% marks in the entrance examination.
