Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I want to do CS Engineering so I opted for this course Faculty-student ratio is good enough, lab sessions are conducted very frequently, and systems are a bit outdated but the college is working on it they are purchasing new systems as well. Exams are taken very frequently but it isn't that hard to pass, the previous year's paper is more than enough to pass.

Internships Opportunities

3

For an internship college will not help in finding although you have to do it on your own, finding a company doing an internship and all is at your college will provide leave for an internship. Maybe in the new scheme (2022), they are helping in getting the intership we are from the old scheme (2018).

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement is ok can't expect too much package, the average is around 3.5 lack to 4 lack, most of the students prefer for off campus placement and they get good offers as well even me and my friends are planning for off campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost is not too much for a college in Bangalore other colleges are charging much for the same course, one can go for SSP by the Karnataka govt. But for that, you should be eligible, for placements many students prefer to go for off-campus placements

Campus Life

3

Fest is conducted on annual basis, freshers day is being celebrated for the last 2 years social life is not that much as expected by students but you will find good friends, books are not in bulk quantity, for sports we have a basketball ground, volleyball court, and a sports room for indoor sports.

Admission

Eligibility- 47% and above in 12th class One can find everything about the college, on the official website of college, admission process is very simple and easy, overall good college supportive faculty, affiliated to VTU which is one of the top University in Karnataka and India

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
