Course Curriculum Overview

Very Few People Choose their stream by themselves I don't know more about other branches or in our nearby a person who did electrical engineering so they told me to do So. So I choose electrical. The faculty-student ratio is very good you will take classes a maximum of 35 hours a week and Saturday and Sunday there will be a holiday. All the professors are Well Qualified from Various institutes with experience and expertise in particular Subjects. There are two exams in a semester mid-term and end-term and exam passing is very easy if you study at least one-two hours daily.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is only 20 Percent of people get paid internships all the companies are came to the campus. I have done a project on Electrical vehicles and a second on the application of BlockChain Technology in the Energy Sector.

Placement Experience

4.5

After the 5th semester companies continue to visit Campus. Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart, Paytm, Deloitte, Salesforce, TCS, Maruti, Hero, and all the best companies are coming to campus. The highest package is 66 lakh and lowest is 4-5 lakh and Avg is Around 8-10 lakh. In my opinion, the students who want to get placed get selected. I am working now as Maths Educator for JEE Mains and Advanced.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee will be changed accordingly to Inflation and If your family's Income is less than 1 lakh then the maximum of 5-6 lakh including all your expenditure. If income is above 1 and below 5 then total expenses are 8-9 lakh maximum for 4 years. If your Income is above 5 lakh then your total expenses are 12-13 lakh.

Campus Life

There are many Fest in college like Youthfest, Spinix, Fresher Function, MST (Malaviya Sports Tournament), and many more. The library is quite big all books and journals are available online and offline both modes The classroom is cool and clean and well organized and there are Black Board and White both options and Projector also in each class All sports grounds on campus and sports ground is quite Big, There are many social media groups of college and its different societies like dance, singing, chess, Sports, poetry, etc.

Admission

For Admission to MNIT JAIPUR, You have to get a good rank in JEE Mains. Application Forms and Fee Details you can find on the college website in pdf format in detail. Institute Fee Is Fixed for Everybody but the Tuition Fee Depend Upon Your Family's Income. If Your Family Income is less than one lakh or You belong to SC, ST Category then Zero Tuition Fee. If your family income is between 1-5 lakh then 1/3 of Tuition Fee. If your family Income is greater than 5 lakh then You have to pay Full Tution Fee.

I like the personal mentorship for every student

in semester 6th the student is eligible for campus placements one of the company is techo tech highest pacakge of my college is 72 lacs per annum and average package is 4 lacs per annum there is 100% placement rate

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

University of engineering and management jaipur is very good for faculty bahavior but it is not good for campus facilities and other facilities. Uem jaipur is not supported for students a event organised.

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

A complete average College

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty team.
Well maintained campus with good labs, classrooms and internet connectivity.
Placement team puts efforts and many students get placed in reputed companies.

Dislikes

Cafeteria options and food quality can defineiely be improved.
Hostel infrastructure lacks proper maintenance and hygeine.
Limited exposure to hands in industry projects.

Students become eligible for campus placements from fourth year. Most companies come for software development, data scientist, ai ml roles. The major recruiters are google, microsoft, deshaw, goldman sachs, flipkart,deloitte, hashedin, samsung. The highest package was 45 lakhs and average was around 13 lakhs.

Remarks:

College management Director was corrupted person he was the one who charged extra examination fees from student. Mark sheet of school and other important document has been kept by them till final year so that even if student wants to change the college they cannot.

I had not applied for any other college. But I had choosed some other colleges like NIT allahabad, NIT Delhi and NIT kurukshetra in my jee council. But I got this college. And I think I got the best among them all. Eligibility critera was minimum 70% marks in 12th exams. Also, around 95 percentile in jee mains(for general) and 90 percentile around for sc/st. I am not aware of obc. However, this criteria change every year depending upon competition. Cut off was not given on marks, it was all about percentile, marks were out of 360. I had applied for many universities but I am from Jaipur so finally I wanted MNIT Jaipur because it comes near me.
