Course Curriculum Overview

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees of college are very low compared to other private colleges. My fee per annum is around 15 thousand rupees. And some colleges have around 10 thousand rupees only. The college also provide scholarships to students based on family income and also merit-based.

Campus Life

University life is the best life. You can study and enjoy a lot. The classrooms are big, you have a library facility, a sports complex where all types of sports can be played, a big auditorium, etc. and the students are very friendly and you need to attend college from day 1 only so you can make good friends. Fests will be held very well.

Admission

Actually, I attempted the CUET 2023 examination, I am an arts background student so I chose to do my graduation in the arts stream. I attempted a total of 5 papers in the CUET examination. We should select the papers that we completed on our 11th and 12th. The examination is moderate for CBSE students and somewhat hard for state board people. Reservation helps very much in the examination.

according to all the reviews i have read the placement ranges from 4-5 lcs per anumm to 24 lcs per anumm which is quite decent i think the students can become eligible for placements in 2nd year of college some companies that have visited the college : delloitte KPMG HDFC bank bajaj finance amazon genpact tata consulting services in 2024 around 300+ people were reported as placed highest packedge in 2024 - 12lkh per aummn

My overall experience in delhi university

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me, bachelor of Arts is a waste program, it doesn't prepare you for anything except government exams. It doesn't prepare you for real world applications unless you have other in demand skills. I think there's a lot of need to change the syllabus of bachelor of Arts and teachers should be supportive and qualified. In every 6 months there's semester exams and mostly they're quite difficult.

DU life is better than any other college life

Campus placement depends on merit and interview. But I have less information because my course placement is not available After graduation, I am preparing for UPSC CSE from dikshant coaching and also getting admission in MA history from Ignou.

Oldest College of Delhi University

Remarks:

Positive- Faculty is one of the best in among all colleges of Delhi University. It has the biggest infrastructure in Delhi university. Located in central Delhi which makes it easily accessible to reach Central park, red fort, and many more places in New Delhi. Negative- Annual fest is very poor in our college. Placements are not very good. Lack of sports facilities. Very strict rules and discipline.

For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects.
