Likes
- There are many clubs and groups that are open for every student after 2nd semester.
- The campus is good. They have 3-5 canteen shops . There is a stationary shop inside the campus also.
- The faculty is overall good. The faculty is much experienced and supportive.
Dislikes
- Work load is much in 1st year. Many assignment are given to the students.
- The attendance policy. Students have to maintain at least 60-65% attendance (with medical certificate) and a minimum of 75% (without certificate).
- The hostelites are only allowed to go out of the hostels on Sunday.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is overall good. To be honest there are many assignments given to us. The faculty is good and supportive. The ratio is also nice. There is not that much pressure on the faculty. Mostly the qualifications of the faculty is M.Tech or PhD. Exams are taken every 2 months so that the students are connected to the studies. The exams are not so tough. If you have studied with honesty you can easily pass the exams.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester the placement process is started and it continues till 8th sem. The placements are good compared to other private colleges. The highest package as mentioned by the college was 1.12 cr in 2022. The average package for computer science engineering is more as compared to other core branches. The average for cse would be 6-7 LPA whereas average package for core branches would be around 3-5 Lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees is around 1.25-1.3 lakhs per year. There are certain scholarship for certain categories. The fees for the rest of the year is almost same and there might me a minimal hike in the fees.
Campus Life
There are fests and events conducted by the college . They recently conducted a garba fest in the campus. They also conducted a sports tournament with minimal entry charge and included both indoor and outdoor games. There are many clubs in college but first year students are not allowed to join these clubs .
Hostel Facilities
The room is quite good. There is washroom in each room. The hostel room is 3 seater. There is 3 bed in each room. Things provided to us are as follows: 3 beds, 3 mattress, 3 tables, 3 chairs, 3 book shelves, 3 almirahs. There is balcony in every room. To be honest the mess is not so good. The registration process is done at the time of admission. The hostel is in the college campus only and they provide sports Material for playing.
Admission
You have to give the JEE MAINS exam. They take the result of mains as their qualification criteria. You can search the Google for jee mains that is conducted by nta and get the link for registration. The admission process was good but can be better.
