Likes

Campus, having such a nice and well developed campus.
Location, I feel good to living in such a nice place jaipur.
Placements are also decent for all branches.

Dislikes

Girls and boys ratio in core branchs specially civil and mechanical.
Some teachers don't teach in a nice way . Sometime felt like a school teacher.
Although seniors are very supportive but there are some who forces us to gives money for department days even a person is not interested.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good faculty members It is quite difficult to secure good cgpa in semester exams. You have to put extra efforts for decent cgpa since all the students have cleared that exam. The faculty should be graduated from a reputative college and have some years of experience, have done PhD in their domain .

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

After second year and after third year many companies come in our campus recruiting for summer internships. But they give chance to only few students who has good cgpa are always there preference and minimum 7cgpa is needed for internships.

Placement Experience

Placements are good enough for all the branches specially for computer science and electronics. And core branch have around 7-8 lpa of average package which cse has 15lpa as average package. Highest was 64lpa to cse student.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for a general candidate is quite high and only few students gets benefit of scholarship. For Rajasthan students it is very difficult to get scholarship. I belong to madhya pradesh so I am eligible for the scholarship medhavi.

Campus Life

There are two annual fest in our college 1. Blizslag(January or February) 2. Sphinx(November) We have good library and books are always present but due to first come and first serve there is shortage of books.

Hostel Facilities

There are around 13 hostels out of which 3 are girls hostel and 10 are boys in which 1 is used as guest house . Meal in some hostels is very bad specially H14 in which I am living currently. H7 and H8 have best meal facility.

Hostel Fee: INR 64000 per year

Admission

You should have a good rank in Jee exam. Once you got seat in counselling further you locked it you will get email regarding application forms and fees. You will reservation benifit of around 90 plus percentile a good branch.

internship opportunities in my college

Likes

I like the personal mentorship for every student
I like placement opportunities given to the student
i like the environment of the college and practical work

Dislikes

i dont like the class timings and length
i dont like the prayer system at morning
i dont like college timing and regularly wearing college dress

Placement Experience:

in semester 6th the student is eligible for campus placements one of the company is techo tech highest pacakge of my college is 72 lacs per annum and average package is 4 lacs per annum there is 100% placement rate

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

University of engineering and management jaipur is very good for faculty bahavior but it is not good for campus facilities and other facilities. Uem jaipur is not supported for students a event organised.

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

A complete average College

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

College infrastructure and location is good and highly qualified professors are there with good mentorship quality.
Campus Life is engaging and supportive nature of professor helps us to improve more and More.
Faculties are expert in their curriculum and they are supportive also .

Dislikes

Placement services are good and also companies like Google and microsoft comes to visit our campus.
Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.
Course curriculum is relevant and rigorous practice of real world applications problem helps in cracking big company's interview

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

Honest and Truthful

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty team.
Well maintained campus with good labs, classrooms and internet connectivity.
Placement team puts efforts and many students get placed in reputed companies.

Dislikes

Cafeteria options and food quality can defineiely be improved.
Hostel infrastructure lacks proper maintenance and hygeine.
Limited exposure to hands in industry projects.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from fourth year. Most companies come for software development, data scientist, ai ml roles. The major recruiters are google, microsoft, deshaw, goldman sachs, flipkart,deloitte, hashedin, samsung. The highest package was 45 lakhs and average was around 13 lakhs.

Remarks:

College management Director was corrupted person he was the one who charged extra examination fees from student. Mark sheet of school and other important document has been kept by them till final year so that even if student wants to change the college they cannot.

Highly recommended

I had not applied for any other college. But I had choosed some other colleges like NIT allahabad, NIT Delhi and NIT kurukshetra in my jee council. But I got this college. And I think I got the best among them all. Eligibility critera was minimum 70% marks in 12th exams. Also, around 95 percentile in jee mains(for general) and 90 percentile around for sc/st. I am not aware of obc. However, this criteria change every year depending upon competition. Cut off was not given on marks, it was all about percentile, marks were out of 360. My first priority was to get mechanical engineering in NITK Suratkal, but i couldn't get a seat there as i didn't clear it's cutoff. I had applied for many universities but I am from Jaipur so finally I wanted MNIT Jaipur because it comes near me.
