The 1st year curriculum is same for every student . Factuality members are highly qualified and have the knowledge of the subject but the way of teaching depends on professor to professor. They provide all type of study materials and also recorded lectures are provided . The class ratio is generally 1:80 . There is one mid term exam of 30 marks followed by End semester exam of 50 marks and 20 marks for internals . Exams are slightly to a tougher side but if studied well one can easily achieve good marks .

The internship is basically in 3rd year of the college but students do internship in there summer breaks too. Internship in 3rd year is mandatory which add up to your grades. Apart from clubs there are various student projects which you can also join and compete in national and international levels . Library is well sufficient and have enough books related to course and you can easily issue them . Their is a tech fest known as tech tatva in the month of October and the cultural fest Revels is conducted in month of March and in between various clubs organise there flagship events . Infrastructure is one of the best hostels are good the classroom is well air conditioning and proper seating capacity. Thera also incubation centre . Startup facilities. All sports facilities are provided there's a sports complex also Inc all sports . Some of the clubs are chords&co , Aina , Ada dramatic, showstoppers, formula manipal and many more .

The hostel infrastructure is very good with proper beds and table and shelfs . Hostels have facilities of attach and common washroom also with single and double sharing AC and non AC rooms . hostels have wifi and also loondry services . Night canteen is available.The cleanliness and hygiene is properly maintained in hostel and mess . Mess food depends on mess to mess but in general the qfood quality is decent enough. Hostels are quite affordable better than PG . The registration process is after the MET exam if you take addmission in the college and then you can choose hostel according to your rank .

Manipal institute of technology is a private college admission is through MET entrance exam you need minimum 50% in you board exam in order to be eligible.
