- Libray _ here the library environment is so peacefull.
- Labs _ zoology, botany, and chemistry labs are very good
- Faculty _ professors of all the departments are very supportive.
Dislikes
- Schledule _ personally I did not like the schedule of the classes. Classes start from 7:30 which I dont like.
- Infrastructure_ Infrastructure is not too good here.specially chemistry department needs some maintenance.
- College life _ university doesn't provide any type of parties like college fest, freshers etc
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good. I choose this course for completing my graduation. The faculty of all the departments are very good. There are a lot of professors who teaches us . Professors had done their phd and they have experience of many years. Terms exams are conducted twice a year. There is no difficulty in passing the semester exam. You can easily pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
There is internship in 3rd year. And it is unpaid internship . Imternship is of 100 marks. And it's marks is calculated in final marksheet. I don't know too much about internship. I am 1st year student and internship available in 3rd year
Placement Experience
I don't kow too much about placements because I am 1st year student . Mankind, dr reddy, cipla companies and coachings like akash and Allen also provide jobs here. I will compete masters after doing graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of my course is 10000 for 1st year. It may increase in 2 year . You can fill various scholarship form like UP scholarship, Inspire scholarship etc. Campus also provide part time jobs for financial weak students. Campus have karmyogi scheme in which campus provide 150 rs per hour for 50 days. You cannot work more than 50 days and in one day you cannot work more than 2 hours. So you have to work 2 hrs daily for 50 days and you will get paid for that
Campus Life
Campus life is not too good. There is no club .. Infrastructure is okay. Many sports and extra cocurricular activities occur here. Intercollege competition for different games occur Games competition amog hostels also occur There are a lot Of groups run by students. Various books and journals present in library
Hostel Facilities
Hostel provided by LU is good. Room id provided with a bed, a table, a chair and a cupboard. Mess food is also good. Different menu cook in different days. Hostel fee for 1 year is 40 thousand. Hostel form will be out on official website of lucknow university .
Admission
Admission is through entrance basis. Lucknow university takes an entrance . On the basis of entrance marks you will get selected . Entrance exam consist of 100 question and 2 marks are given to each question. And there is no negative marking. If you are scoring 140_150 marks out of 200 then you will get admission easily. Cutoff marks vary for different categories. For general category _110 is cut off marks this year and for sc, st, obc _80 is cut off marks. You can apply on the website of lucknow university. Fees of application form is 1000 rs.
