Course Curriculum Overview

I have civil engineering as my core course here and the teachers were all well intellect in their fields. The student teacher ratio is quite low here but to compensate this a particular brach is divided into various groups and then doubt and tutorial classes are conducted in which doubt of each students addressed personally. Regarding the exams, they are conducted in approx every 2 months and the level is a little bit tough if you are looking for one day study before exam that strategy might not work here. You have to be consistent in academics.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are various internship and training opportunities for even the 1st year students. I myself joined the training program of a software in my 1st semester. The training companies are not from the college but are trusted.

Placement Experience

There is a great placement opportunity for all types of jobs and branches. Hundreds of companies visit the college every year to recruit young minds. Their skills are the first thing that the company sees.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees here is not so much minimal but it is worth the facilities provided. In addition to it there are various scholarships available for the students to avail to get fee remission. Their process might sometimes feels slow but it will work eventually.

Campus Life

The college campus life is full of fun. It's a large campus to roam with your friends and make memories. There are so many active clubs in the college of which you can be part of strengthen your skills other than academics like acting, dancing, singing, photography etc. There are also some major fests names blitzschlag and sphinx which are the cultural and technical fest of the college respectively which are conducted in February and September month. The college has a great library in which books of genre are available. The classroom has large sitting capacity and green boards and white boards and projectors for teaching and also mic and speakers.

Admission

The admission process was very easy. I was selected in the college through JEE and after selection all the guidelines regarding the reporting was made very clear through emails. So it is suggested to check the emails frequently also the fee is a little bit high but there are numerous scholarship for the students to opt.

Likes

I like the personal mentorship for every student
I like placement opportunities given to the student
i like the environment of the college and practical work

Dislikes

i dont like the class timings and length
i dont like the prayer system at morning
i dont like college timing and regularly wearing college dress

Placement Experience:

in semester 6th the student is eligible for campus placements one of the company is techo tech highest pacakge of my college is 72 lacs per annum and average package is 4 lacs per annum there is 100% placement rate

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

University of engineering and management jaipur is very good for faculty bahavior but it is not good for campus facilities and other facilities. Uem jaipur is not supported for students a event organised.

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

A complete average College

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Campus Life is engaging and supportive nature of professor helps us to improve more and More.
Faculties are expert in their curriculum and they are supportive also .

Dislikes

Placement services are good and also companies like Google and microsoft comes to visit our campus.
Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.
Course curriculum is relevant and rigorous practice of real world applications problem helps in cracking big company's interview

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

Honest and Truthful

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty team.
Well maintained campus with good labs, classrooms and internet connectivity.
Placement team puts efforts and many students get placed in reputed companies.

Dislikes

Cafeteria options and food quality can defineiely be improved.
Hostel infrastructure lacks proper maintenance and hygeine.
Limited exposure to hands in industry projects.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from fourth year. Most companies come for software development, data scientist, ai ml roles. The major recruiters are google, microsoft, deshaw, goldman sachs, flipkart,deloitte, hashedin, samsung. The highest package was 45 lakhs and average was around 13 lakhs.

College management Director was corrupted person he was the one who charged extra examination fees from student. Mark sheet of school and other important document has been kept by them till final year so that even if student wants to change the college they cannot.

Highly recommended

I had not applied for any other college. But I had choosed some other colleges like NIT allahabad, NIT Delhi and NIT kurukshetra in my jee council. But I got this college. And I think I got the best among them all. Eligibility critera was minimum 70% marks in 12th exams. Also, around 95 percentile in jee mains(for general) and 90 percentile around for sc/st. I am not aware of obc. However, this criteria change every year depending upon competition. Cut off was not given on marks, it was all about percentile, marks were out of 360. The people from outside were required to give some other exam. I don't have adequate knowledge of their procedure like what exam and cutoff....Read More

A good enough college

My first priority was to get mechanical engineering in NITK Suratkal, but i couldn't get a seat there as i didn't clear it's cutoff. I had applied for many universities but I am from Jaipur so finally I wanted MNIT Jaipur because it comes near me.
