Canteen is to good all the food are very less cost
Library is good with sitting capacity of 100 students

Non teaching staff are rudely behaviour in nature

Course Curriculum Overview

My course contains economics and political science my dream is to prepare for upsc so it make easy to achieve me its my dream to get this course I am happy with my course and pgdav faculties provide best book for the subjects

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee are very nominal my fee is 15000 per year it is to affordable I am thankful to Delhi University, the scholarship are provided by pgdav on semester result basis and pgdav is visit by various companies

Campus Life

The college have various societies some societies like nss who have a work of social welfare , focusing on social aspects the college infrastructure was not too good but it's was improving day by day because of wrost ranking

Admission

The whole application process depends upon CUET when you give CUET exam than according to your score you will get the college my cuet score was 606 ..and I got this college in first round ...and I joined the college

Faculty

All the faculties are highly educated with a PHD holder And all the faculties are cooperative in nature they also motivat us in future goals and guide us to crack competative exam ..I am thankful to my faculties

according to all the reviews i have read the placement ranges from 4-5 lcs per anumm to 24 lcs per anumm which is quite decent i think the students can become eligible for placements in 2nd year of college some companies that have visited the college : delloitte KPMG HDFC bank bajaj finance amazon genpact tata consulting services in 2024 around 300+ people were reported as placed highest packedge in 2024 - 12lkh per aummn

My overall experience in delhi university

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me, bachelor of Arts is a waste program, it doesn't prepare you for anything except government exams. It doesn't prepare you for real world applications unless you have other in demand skills. I think there's a lot of need to change the syllabus of bachelor of Arts and teachers should be supportive and qualified. In every 6 months there's semester exams and mostly they're quite difficult.

DU life is better than any other college life

Placement Experience:

Campus placement depends on merit and interview. But I have less information because my course placement is not available After graduation, I am preparing for UPSC CSE from dikshant coaching and also getting admission in MA history from Ignou.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements depend on the course you have selected. Currently, I am studying in college, and I plan to do a master's after the degree. The average package is 5 lac per annum and it's good in my opinion.

I chose a bachelor of arts because I was interested in political science and economics and wanted to prepare for competitive exams because this subject helps a lot our bachelor of art class had 150 students, faculty was very good.

Remarks:

Positive- Faculty is one of the best in among all colleges of Delhi University. It has the biggest infrastructure in Delhi university. Located in central Delhi which makes it easily accessible to reach Central park, red fort, and many more places in New Delhi. Negative- Annual fest is very poor in our college. Placements are not very good. Lack of sports facilities. Very strict rules and discipline.

I was given this college on the basis of the score in the CUET Exam which i gave after my 12th. It was a tough exam i would say because compiting with 20 Lac plus students for just a seat in DU is not an easy task. While preparing the prefference sheet and combinations for the college in the admission process was a confusing task. So i select all the cobinations of courses and colleges which i was eligible and then i also select my course and college, but i never thought that i would get it, still though i was happy that i get to study in one of the DU college. PGDAV is Prestigious!!

St Stephens obviously as for Science, its one of the best DU college. The cut-offs on which the admission matters had a massive difference in the kind of marks i had vs the actual cut-off of St Stephens.
