- I would say that according to me girls hostel should have been in the college. I dislike this thing that girls hostel is not their.
- Their is also not much opportunity in the field of sports.
- Facilities like AC and other infrastructure is not much good
Course Curriculum Overview
According to me Kirorimal college is the best college for persuing English honours. It's faculty, education everything is best. English honours was not my first preference but I don't regret taking it because I have learnt a lot.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides internship opportunities. One of them is PKIS internship that is for our college students only for the duration of 3 months in which students learn about the working of admin and data work. Other internship is vcis internship and many more. Spendid depends upon the task alloted and the duration of the internship.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee in my first year was 10,000 per year although now it has been increased to 14,000 . Fee of PWD students along with quota students is less than others. Our college also provide scholarships for students.
Campus Life
My campus life was not that good not that bad. I mean obviously I learnt a lot during these 3 years and I have a lot to learn now also. In respect to societies, all the societies are good. I am in prayas and I have worked with prayas for last 2 years. Fests are held in college including department and society freshers, fest, and society festivals. Classroom is good and now new benches are also installed in the classrooms. So overall college infrastructure , faculty, society, fest are the best.
Admission
I applied for all the colleges of North campus.But I got my Name in Kirorimal college in first list. So without any delay i accepted the college because I had heard that it's faculty and Infrastructure is the best.
Faculty
Facilities of the college is good. Especially of the course i am persuing. They are experienced and very good. They are approachable and helpful. In my faculty, Rudra sir and Sunjay are the best because they are helpful, approachable especially in the exam time they are always helpful . There is only end term exam that is conducted. And they are usually easy, not that much difficult that students get fail.
Night Life
I don't live in pg or flat so I won't be able to tell about nightlife in college campus but yes college life is fun ofcourse. After classes, people hangout with their friends in cafes, nearby historical places etc. there are many cafes and restaurants near college campus. Even street foods are the best. As a 3rd year student i have enjoyed my college life a lot and even learned a lot . College campus is also safe for everyone.
