- The ambience of the college is undeniably very good. The exposure we get because our clg is situated in North campus is second to none .
- The faculty and the teachers of the college are very helpful . Helping students in their studies as well as in their personal matters .
- The scope of sports in our college is very brilliant. A lot of sports are being played in our clg such as basketball, football, cricket,table tennis , volleyball, badminton, and many indoor games .
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college is pretty old .the college is about 65 years old and the lack of good infrastructure can be seen in the building
- The canteen is not so appealing. The canteen only serves limited food items and that too not good in taste.
- Regular construction work is also a very concerning thing in the COLLEGE.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum through my three years of graduation was very good . Giving us vast knowledge about our subject. I love political science and hence chose to pursue it further. We studied Indian political thought, political theory, public administration, international relations and many other subjects
Placement Experience
The placement unit of our college is pretty average. Students from commerce and science background often gets very good placement and internship opportunities and hence getting themselves paid right after their graduation. The placement opportunities in arts background is pretty average although last year many of our seniors got placement in many law firms and they are getting paid significantly higher .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure was based on a yearly deposit basis . The average fees for allnthe three years was 13000 . The examination fee for all the semesters was deposited semester wise . Delhi University provides financial aid for financially unstable students by reverting back their college fee amount after a procedure. The fee structure for science students was comparatively higher than us .our college also provides many types of scholarships as well ensuring welfare of the students of the college
Campus Life
The campus life in Delhi University is second to none. The exposure we get here is just very good. All the students there are very helpful for each other. We can see the students from different statesof india making delhi University very diversified yet United.
Admission
The political science department of this college is ranked on the top in India and this was one of my reason to opt for this college only. I loved the main building of this college as I visited it earlier also. I also applied for satyawati college and Hindu college but didn't opt for them because I wasn't getting my desired course there.
Faculty
The faculty consisted members on the basis of papers of the semesters. The faculties were recruited on a guest level and then get permanent commission after a span of some years. The faculties are kind of very approachable and share a very good relationship with the students as well
Night Life
The nightlife around our college is just very lit. Our college is situated in the kamla nagar which is a very famous market in Delhi. You can visit around the college anytime . It is very safe to say that our college is situated around a very best place . Giving us all the freedoms . There are two gates to enter and exit in the clg.
