Course Curriculum Overview

2

I didn't choose the course it's because of cuet I got this course earlier I got history honours but I wanted to opt for political science honours which don't get. I don't know why this du give so much gap. I have my first exam on 10 december and last on 28 Jan.

Fees and Financial Aid

So last year the fee was 9600. But this year they increase it by 2-3k. Teachers whenever they want to cancel the classes they do but when child got absent they used to taunt them. Being from scheduled caste category I don't find any scholarship and fee is same for all irrespective of category. No merit cum need scholarship

Campus Life

2

Last year we had one fest in the month of March where inder chahal performed it was good but campus is so small for such a huge crowd. Library bhot bakwas h bhaiya bache vha padne ni baat krne jaate h or space bhi bhot kum h

Admission

I didn't get rejection but colleges were alloted based on ranks in common law admission test. I got this college as per my rank. Initially I was not happy but now it's fine college is decent one. Admission process is throught cuet then csas portal counselling where colleges were allotted. Admission process was fast and good enough nice experience

Faculty

3

On being asked for a leave for my clat preparation that teacher blocked me and He's so arrogant. His name is Amit jha. I have 8 exams and level was pretty decent . Majority used to crack the exam but the main issue I faced during my 2nd semester exams where they don't have space for sitting they arrange 4 desk together and 8 people were sitting closely. I was panicking dur to suffocation with no fans available.

Night Life

2

Campus timings are from 8 am to 7 pm. Nearby we have select city walk and malviya nagar market and one of my favourite anupam pvr which is famous for cold coffee. At night I don't know much so I can't tell about that ...

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are mainly for commerce stream departments but the humanities stream also are offered internship from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and Home ministry. There are many private companies that come to offer placements. The students from 3rd year in particular apply for internships. The highest package iffered is 500000 and the average is 250000. About 45% students get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
