One of best colleges

I choose physics hons because physics was one of my favorite subjects in school and i wanted to study the subject further. The curriculum is semester-wise. In one year there are two semesters, and in this three year course there are 6 semesters. If students are thinking to go in research field in physics then this is a go to course. This makes you ready for masters degree and then opens gate for further studies. Talking about teaching methods, then if a student is finding it difficult to keep up with the curriculum or method of teaching then disscussing this with the faculty, it can be solved. Exams are of moderate level, if one is ready to study hard tthen the exams will be passed easily.

Fees for the entire physics course was around 63,000 rs. 21,000 rs per year for three year degree. And it got increased in the last year to 65,000 rs. There are chances that it can increase further in upcoming years. There are scholarships available for economically weaker students like SHE scholarship and inspire scholarship. Through this scholarship, a student can complete their higher education. But for scholarship to be continued one must score good grades.

Those three years in this college were my best years of my life. Faculty is very kind, approachable and friendly, always ready to help with anything. This college has various number of societies. I was part of many socities which not only helped me in professional development but also personal development. Our physics Department with three other departments (maths, statistics and chemistry) organise a technical fest every year, its name is TRAP (which is made up of initials of these four department names). This fest is typically held in the month of February or march. Also, college organise an annual fest KARVAAN. Sports fest is also organized annually. A full fledged library is also available in the college. Student can access this library any time. they also get their access to the biggest online library through their student credentials. With their student id student can borrow 4 books at a time for 7 days.

My admission was merit based. So, i got this college. When i applied for other college that was for mathematics course but i wanted to study physics so i switched course and college. I got accepted in all the college i applied to but i choose this because of its genuine feedback from students. It has top quality faculty, safety for students, various sports, societies and a well maintained infrastructure. For admission in college, you have to give cuet exam now.

The faculty-to-student ratio is 11:30. Faculty is approachable for any kind of trouble, be it personal or academic. All the professors were quite good at what they teach and the best thing is that they are always present for their student at any point of time.

There was no interview or anything. I took admission in 2020 and af that time admission used to happen on merit based. So i got admission on the basis of my 12th class marks. Now for admission one has to give cuet exam.

As this is an off campus college, so there is no such thing as night life. People who lived in hostel may know the night life. Food in hostel mess is very good. And food in canteen is average. There are many cafeterias and food points nearby college, where students love to visit after or during college.
