Course Curriculum Overview
Earlier i don't like chemistry and as i got good marks in my 12th board and cuet in chemistry,i opted for it but here i while studying and doing practical in chemistry i realised the beauty of chemistry.This curriculum makes the best chemist for pharmaceutical industries and is very important for our country.I feel like the labs should be more advanced for better understanding
Placement Experience
The placement of my college is quite average the eligibility of the placement is the third year and actually have no idea about the placement details so I am sorry I am not able to give you the proper details about companies. The highest placement offered in my course is 800000 and there are some course which actually offers a very good placement i.e. 48 lakh to 50 lakh. I am actually planning to give the competition exam like UPSC and this is the reason why I came to Delhi
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no change in fees yearwise in my course it remains 29470 #Tuition fees, caution fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges during the course completion as per the category (like Management, SC, ST) equals to 29470. #Registration fees 100 for ( ST,SC) and 250 for ( Ur,OBC,EWS) # Scholarship provided by college Premvati Raghubir Singh Scholarships: Two scholarships of Rs 700 each are awarded to resident students who have a First Division in the previous exam and need financial assistance R.B. Ram Kishan Dass Scholarships: Twenty-five scholarships of Rs 700 each are awarded Jeevan Lal Khanna Memoriol Scholarships: Two scholarships of Rs 1500 each are awarded to science students based on merit and means Mrs. Kailashwati Khanna Scholarship: A scholarship of Rs 400 per year Nangia Scholarship: A scholarship of Rs 350 per year
Campus Life
Every year there is a fest name mecca is organised in college and similarly in the other colleges of du there are some fest like this which involves concert and as per the festivals like in Navratri their is a Dandiya night in college and in Diwali there is Diwali mela in college so there is a good festival wibe one thing about my college very much is that there is no limit of the books in my college library and if the book which you want is not available in the college you can apply in the admin to make it avail . Almost every type of sports is available. There are the societies which are run by the group of students for the more social interaction
Admission
I applied for the three colleges that are BHU ,DU and GGU Chhattisgarh and I got admission in all three of this but I choose du, because in BHU I got the course which was mathematics honours and I have no interest in that , GGU I got computer science honours but if you compare DU with all of this that DU will give me the better opportunity and skills. To get admission in DU we have to clear exam known as c u e t total marks is 800 that has a cut off for specific course like in my course the cutoff was 450 and overall do you experience or College admission experience was great
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio would be 20:80. Our faculty members are very interactive and approachable there is very friendly relationship between faculty and the students. I like all the faculties as they are very kind ,sweet and teaches very well though they scolds me when i do some mistake but its there right. There are total 8 semester exams , they are moderate.Very few students fail to clear the exam because the faculties are excellent in their field and students too.A course curriculum is relevant because it provides a clear structure for a course, which helps students
Interview Experience
Like up till now I have not face any group discussion and interview but I have faced the written test for the admission that was CUET and my experience was very good I prepare well as the syllabus whole 12th so I actually attempted well in my exam and I came to the college
Night Life
Our favourite hangouts spot in the college is the sports ground, and and outside the college is Kamla market near DU campus. Main college includes canteen library and hostel. The hostel I live in actually closes at 9:30 pm the localities safe to Rome around at night is Kamla market in college we can Roam up to 10:00 p.m. and after that you are not allowed to roam
