Likes
- The things I liked most about our college was that there were many chances to have a good command in things other than studies too. Like college conducted a vast number of extra curricular activities where we get to shine there talents through clubs
- The teaching staff was good too. The professors were knowledgeable and well spoken too. They had a very nice personality so they were our first choices as our mentors. And the faculties were also good.
- College was also at a very nice place. It was very close to market so we had also a option to entertain ourselves in case we were bored.
Dislikes
- The mandatary attendance rule was the worst. Like why do we have to attend the class if it is only class for the day.
- I guess it goes for every place but why do we have to show our id first thing in the morning. I am not gonna come at 8am to a random place.
- The canteen was not upto the standard in my starting year but later they opened one more so that was resolved at the end.
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually I didn't go to college for my further studies I just went there to have my graduation degree so not a expert on this field but I choose that course because I used to love that particular subject. As for improvement the studies can be more advanced and also a digital touch can be added too. Exams were conducted weekly by professors and they were average in difficulty.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was no one in our batch with any scholarship or financial aid that was available for the students. All the students were admitted through merit list. And not gonna lie I don't think our college even provided that.
Campus Life
We used to have proud in our library as it was one of the best in whole university so they had a very vast range of books and journals. Classrooms were average like they did not get air conditioners but had good ventilation. Also had projectors which were used 2-4 times in whole year. We also had many sports teams which used to play for our college and compete at the larger stages.
Admission
I got my admission in my first cut off for this particular college so after that I didn't look for any other college because as a general student I can't get admitted to top colleges with my percentage but my college was good too so I just decided to go there. To get admission in any Delhi university college students have to pass a CUET test.
Faculty
I can't say for the whole college but in our department the ratio was around 1:20. They were good and approachable too. They had great insight to solve our queries. Don't remember the name but the librarian were best. They understood our situation and didn't fine us unnecessarily. And the worst faculty would be lab assistant they were just annoyed every time . We had 5 exams per semester and usually 1or 2 students used to fail.
Night Life
We didn't have any hostels in our college but there are other residential facilities around it. The college was in the market area so night life was very happening too. There were many cafes, clubs, gym and ground near it. The market was bustling with people till midnight and after that only few shops used to open which were my favourite.
