- The thing I like the most about my college is the faculty the teachers are very supportive and the help you out whenever you reach them
- In the second thing is the canteen is very much affordable
- Also there is a huge crowned for sports activities like cricket basketball football etc
Dislikes
- The thing I does not like is benches it have the benches but not very comfortable
- Infrastructure is not very good including the buildings
- Outsiders are not allowed in the annual fest of the college even the evening college of the PGDAV is not allowed to enter morning fest
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because there is a white scope of Economics in future and it is not only includes the theory subjects but mainly it has maths portion in it. There are semester wise exams to semesters in a year and difficulty level depends on your preparation of the subject
Placement Experience
3rd year 4th year student become eligible for the placements and the highest package which went from my college is 34 lakhs and the average package is around 6 lakhs. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue for higher education. Many companies like big force and other corporates visit our college and offer jobs to the student
Fees and Financial Aid
My annual fees for economics honours is around 14 to 15000 per year and my other bachelors which are from other category like SC ST or OBC they also have the same fees like mine there is no difference between the fees lab charges computer lab charges library charges are already included in the fees and they are not charge with any extra amount.
Campus Life
There are many societies in the college I am the part of satk society which is the consumer club of our college many competitions also take place every month but there is only annual fest which happens every year which is around of 3 days. Books are also available in the library and also in the photocopy shop which provide readings.
Admission
I also applied for the other colleges of tell you riversity but according to my marks I scored 660 out of 800 in the CVT exam so according to that I got PGDAV College given by the University itself to me
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is maybe around 1:10 and not sure about that but yes many of the teachers are very supportive like I like my maths and economics teacher they are very helpful and some teachers are straight that that's why students does not like them but though they teach very carefully. There are two exams in a year semester wise exams and the difficulty level depends on the preparation of the subject
Night Life
Gym is itself present in college there is a canteen to which is very affordable libraries also very huge. The famous hangout please around my college is the Amar colony which has many cafes and chill places locality is safe to Rome around for girls to because there is always police present around the college.
