Course Curriculum Overview
Cource curriculum included not only history of india but every important history of many country's which i have intrest in and thats what motivated me to choose this cource. The cource is very detailed and helps in studying further studys and gain knowledge. The teachinh methods could be more advanced rather than the bookish knowledge. The frequency of exam is not that great but it take place at their time only and hardly gets postponed. And curriculam is generally easy to understand.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of this college is very economicall as its government college. The yearly tution fees i am paying is ?16,000. The total tution fees is ?48,000. There is no additional cost every other minor cost is covered in the 1st year fees only which is ?16000. There is same fees for all category so all the student pays the same fees. I am not aware of the scholarships available
Campus Life
There are many annual and technical festivals and events occur through out the year many big celebs come in the fest. The library is very vast and every kind of book is available and they also provide private cabins to study and read. The classes are equippes with decent technology like projector and other equipments. There are countless number of sports and extracurricular activities available in the college. Yes there are many social groups and clubs in the college which helps the students
Admission
I applied to ccu meerut also i got confirmed admission from both the colleges.i choose this college for its prestigious history and importance as its the university of national importance and fees was also very low and the strong alumini network. I didnt get rejection i dont wanted to go to that college when i got the admission in DU. The admission process was generally easy i have tk clear the cuet exam which have general subjects which we read in our high school. The cuttoff is based on the category wise and income wise.
Faculty
The student to teacher ratio is not that good as there are many students. Some teachers are very helpfull and approachable while some are also very strict towards the rules and regulation. The usa history faculty is very good because of their knowledge about the subject. There is no faculty whom i dont like every one is very professional. The exams are generally easy to moderate level each semester have a single end sem examination while some small test happens regularly. There are 4 to 5 students who fail. The cource curriculum is very deep which helps to understand the subject in depth.
Night Life
The hostel facilitys are not available in the college and many students live in paid PG and Hostels. The campus is very well surrounded with markets which includes cafes,librarys gyms etc which are opened 24 hours. The areas is generally safe to roam around at night
