In our college DU 45/55 girls boy's ratio and In college everyone behave like best friends
College campus also very big and in college .. college organised many game's like cricket football etc
College professors are also very good and comprometive and in college we have smart classes smart teachings facility

Dislikes

In college no placement come in our college it's negative point for us college not organised any placement
College distance very far form our House we need to go 2 hour's traveling it's more complicated for us

3 hrs exam time is good for students All students complate their paper in this time slot and one more Plus point exam paper also very simple College improve thier buliding Buliding condition not so good in du campus

In du college Delhi we paid semester wise fees every semester have different fees Like for 1st sem we need to paid 2500 And we paid tution fee devlopment fees and many more fees Well different category different fees payables

Campus Life

College interfrtacture are not so good College campus we have many events like anully function etc college organised tune facility for student like Agra Taj Mahal etC which help in student of basic knowledge of environment student enjoying choose and also teach something

Admission

Du college best in whole Delhi that's why we Choose this college college professor also good and the professor teaching skills also very good all with professor our cooperative with this that's the main point Do admission process rocess also very simple Do you have to types of admission which one open admission and when is regular admission different different criteria depend on admission

Faculty

Every student behave like frnd brother sister all students and professors also very good behaviour In college campus college conducted semester wise exam which in eveuy 6th month Exam pattern so easy for students not much complicated

Night Life

College campus we don't have any Gym not public area but we have a library which is very big and help student for reading books and we issued books from library and duo college we have one hostel list yes du college safe for all

Kamala Nehru College: Where Opportunity awaits

Likes

I really liked the environment of the college as there was a diverse set of students coming from across the country.
The faculty was top notch and was very dedicated and knowledgeable. If we faced any issue they would come up to help us deal with it.
Also i liked the infrastructure of the college as they recently added a new building and have improved a lot in sports equipments and facilities.

Dislikes

The admin section of the college is very slow and it is a hassle to deal with them. Half a time they are either on a break or on lunch.
There is sometimes non availability of chairs in classrooms like there are approx 40 chairs in each classroom but if the strength of the class is more then we have to borrow it from the next classroom.
Also you will have to take up some additional course which sometimes feel unnecessary but its not only in this particular college but in all the colleges under University of Delhi.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are mainly for commerce stream departments but the humanities stream also are offered internship from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and Home ministry. There are many private companies that come to offer placements. The students from 3rd year in particular apply for internships. The highest package iffered is 500000 and the average is 250000. About 45% students get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

My college was a girl's college. There are maximum 60students in a class. Prints were quite cheap in the college cafe.
There were many fest functions in my college. I also participated in the dance fest in my first year. We also used to go on picnics from college.
India's chief guest at the annual function was M Venkaiah Naidu.

Dislikes

College fees were very high for general category people.
The behavior of many teachers was quite rude and arrogant as if they were teaching us for free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Infrastructure of the college is very up-to-date.
College crowd is very active and diverse, giving opportunity to learn and explore.
Teachers are very well educated and friendly towards the students.

Dislikes

Sports facilities at the college need to be improved.
Few teachers methods of teaching are traditional and outdated.
There is strict criteria for attendance, to maintain 66.7 percent

Placement Experience:

Final your students are eligible for the campus placement. Companies visited are HDFC Bank, Zomato, Swiggy, mahindra,EY, Deloitte and others. Highest package was around 30 lacs per annum and the average package is around 4 lakhs. Job profiles were mostly business analyst, research and development, PR and others. I will prepare for civil services examinations after clearing my graduation.

Our placement services is efficient and effective which always comes up with quality companies in terms of employment and package.
We have solid infrastructure which includes medical rooms, basketball ground, main ground, fest ground etc.
Our faculties expert in their teaching of respective subject where the teaching method is technology based and mentorship quality is demand based

Dislikes

Our course curriculum is relevant but sometimes it lacks little practical learning.

Placement Experience:

Student set in the placement from 5th semester where where is companies visited college for the campus placement such as KPMG, Zomato Deloitte, etc and number of offers made were not explicitly disclosed by the college and highest package was 25 lakhs and average package was 4 lakhs and profile offered were finance, marketing, etc around 70% students placed from my college and my plans after the graduation is to pursue PHD.

KMC in my words

Likes

I liked the environment and the crowd of the college, and also my professors. Like seriously they are so helpful and kind
Also what I like about this college is that it's liberal unlike other colleges of North campus
I love the ashoka lawn and the big ground in front of the gym

Dislikes

I hate the staff, especially the technical staff ( Ankita Jain ), I went to her with erp portal issue and she just didn't look after my issue properly and sent me away. It was totally unexpected. She must be removed from her position.
The canteen staff, I didn't like their behaviour
Some of the seniors are shit and not helpful

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 9 out of 10. The reason is simple, whatever my professors teach and everything that is there in my syllabus is really helpful for my future. Not just that, they way lectures are delivered by the professors is just awesome

An idiot's guide around college

environment of my college is far better than all the other colleges I have been to, there is zero to none chances of there ever being something unsafe on campus
maintenance of my college is taken very seriously, in only my 1st month of attending college ii saw precautions being taken due to heavy flooding in the college campus
accessibility is one of the things in my college that is so serious and provided with such care that it feels weird when outside campus no such accessibility is not to be seen

Dislikes

there is little to no room for giving students relaxibility in situations of difficulty during talks of giving a leave or not

Course Curriculum Overview:

philosophy as va discipline covers mostlt all the subjects related to humanities, it'll widen your knowledge and you thinking abillity more than that of a oridinary student, the job market is quite difficult for this course

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

Likes

College provides a free environment for sports.
It is ragging free college and many anti ragging laws are here
One of the best features of our college is it in origanising seminar time to time.

Dislikes

There is a issue in time table uncertain classes are a problem for us
So high attendance criteria makes us in trouble.
There are not hostal facility which make a critical situation.

I chose the course because I want to become ias.approximately 100students in class . . Many proofesser are highly educated like PhD ma etc our faculty offers many opportunities.There are 6 semester in 3 years and 2 in each year .it is normal to crack the exam but hard to get High marks

Ramjas the heaven on earth

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
