Lifesciences enables you to study chemistry as well as biology which gives you a wider scope if you want to get into some practical courses in the future and not just confined to research. As compared to zoology and botany hons it is more real world applicable and the curriculum is well designed to cater those needs Timings of exam are just perfect to complete the paper on time.

Various companies sometimes big like lenskart also give internships Stipend range from unpaid to 5000-10000 as far as I've seen not that great but good to go. I've done 2-3 internships they were hectic for sure but felt good after earning!

In the final year you can apply for placements Deloitte, physics wala, pwc etc are some companies Highest package is around 26 lpa, average pakage is 6-7 lpa which is good according to bachelors completion amount. Most of the students get placed (60-70%) others go for masters. I'll go for masters as I'm into the field of neuroscience and I want to continue it further.

College fees is 19490. Examination fees is not included From course to course that varies, for my course it was around 1900 as it included lab equipment fees. There is no differentiation for category students. However, I've been receiving an external scholorship so I don't pay the college fees, it's a merit cum need scholarship. However I pay for my hostel fees.

Hostel is good just the mess food is not great Water is really hard and washrooms aren't that clean You need to register through Miranda house portal for the hostel And there would be a list generated on the basis of academic percentage in cuet and then you'll be selected....

I applied to Hindu, gargi and Hansraj College. However my first preference was always Miranda House. Because of the NIRF ranking and the hostel being cheap, I was able to afford it easily. I didn't get rejection from any university I applied through cuet but I chose to be here. Cuet is accepted. For lifesciences you need to give English (qualifying) Chemistry Biology/biotechnology And physics as your paper.

Faculty to student ratio is appropriate. The interaction is pretty great, teachers are approachable and helpful. Personally, Pooja ma'am and sujata sengupta ma'am are my personal favourite! They are very sweet and teach with full pasion. One exam per semester is held. They are quite easy if you study well in the last 10 or 15 days depending on your capability. 2-3% manage to fail such easy exams otherwise you are good to go!

Gym is only for sports people Canteen is amazing Library is aesthetic No curfew in hostel so chill scene hai! You just have to mark in the register if you get out after 8 baaki call wagera nahi jaati ghar pe
