Course Curriculum Overview

3

I was aware of this course and the opportunity i may get in the future by pursuing this source. I guess practicals nd theory should be given more importance then writing those assignments nd practical files which in the end goes to the bin. Time for exam is 2 hours for theory paper nd 4-5 hourse for practical exams. and the level is easy to moderate

Fees and Financial Aid

Hi friends my course is bsc prog. Life science. I am pursuing this degree from sri Aurobindo college which i think is a decent college as the faculty of this course are wonderful. This course has many advantages for your future career options. In my college it's annual fees is 13000 but it may vary according to the college max. It can go till 20000. If you want to pursue this course you have to score good in cuet. If you are from gen category than you should score 520-350 marks and if you are from unreserved category than there are chances for you to get addmission in 200 marks. In this course there is no such chances for jobs or placements that easily rather you should go to higher studies like msc through iit jam or msc through cuet pg. This course consists of three main subjects: Botany; Zoology; chemistry. You can do msc in any of these subjects and can also do msc biotechnology. This course feels very hectic as you have a vast syllabus of each subjects and then assignments and practical files. Buta it's good for those who are willing to have as much as option for thier future career.

Campus Life

4

There are no such festivals or any celebration as it has a very small infrastructure so it is not possible at all to organise festive celebration. Yess but there is fest in the month of February in our college. Our college offers many sports like volleyball badminton Kabaddi and etc.. there is NCC for boys.

Admission

The college i aimed for was DDUC but i got sri Aurobindo college as i scored 4 marks less than the cuttoff of DDUC. But i feel that this college is worth it as the faculty members plus the seniors are amazing and they help you out in every situation regarding college or course. The addmission process of this college is from the entrance exam cuet. You should have studied from a recognised board and should have pcb or pcmb as your subjects in class 11&12. Cuttoffs for this course may vary according to the college and your category but if i talk generally it's cuttoff is 350-520.

Faculty

The relationship between faculty and students is good. They are very approachable. If you are an obidient student than you will always be on a safer side. Faculty members give goods marks in internals and also help you a lot during your semesters. Shikha ma'am, om prakash sir and anil sir teachers of chemistry, zoology and botany respectively are the teachers which i think are good as they are always ready to help you they gives you opportunity in many things and moreover they are friendly you can share your problems with them regarding college course they will help you out. There is no such faculty members i hate as they all are good to me. There are 2 exams per semester each in every year. The level of exams are easy to moderate. But there are few students who fail the exam beacuse of irregularities in classes or not knowing anything regarding the subject otherwise there is no such chances of failing in exam in main subjects if you know about the subject and topics which are in the syllabus.

Night Life

There are cafes near our college we are quite good and affordable so that you can hang out with your friends on any occasion or sometimes for fun too. There are no hostels our college provide students live in pg. You can go for a walk in malviya nagar market. Cops cafe All day cafe (front of our college) Yess it is safe but you should not be roaming to these places after 9 pm.

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Various companies offer multiple roles for placements on our campus like Nation With NaMo, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. and the no. of offers made usually varies between 250-400 depending on the batch. The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
