- Experienced faculty: The professors were very supportive.

Dislikes
- The washrooms were very few and also not much clean.
- The management especially, the administrative dept was very slow in terms of helping out with queries.
- The canteen was average as compared to other colleges of Delhi University.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always loved reading so, choosimg this course was a personal decision, and the curriculum offered a rich mix of texts that deepend my understanding. Women's writing especially stood out and helped shape my perspective in both academic and real-life contexts.
Internships Opportunities
For my course especially there were no such internships offered. Though students from journalism batch did get a lot of internships especially in the marketing domaains. The roles used to be social media managers or graphic designers with an average of 5k per month.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for the college placements in the 5th sem of the third year. Some of the companies that I remember visited were BluePi Consulting Pvt. Ltd and few other marketing firms. The highest package of my batch was 22 LPA and average package was 4.5 LPA. I don't exactly know the percentage of the students that got placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee I paid for the complete course was Rs. 8,400. This amount covered all the compulsory charges including tution fee, library fee, development fee and all the other applicable charges. There was no seperate breakdown provided and the same fee was applicable to all the students regradless of category. There was no scholarships or financial aids options provided during my time. However, the fees has increased for the new batch. My juniors are paying Rs. 11,200.
Campus Life
There used to be fests of different societies almost every month. My department had an annual fest called Pantheon. The library was gold especially for the literature students. There used to be a lot of extracurricular activities and our college's drama society Lehar was one of the best drama societies in the university, both south and north campus.
Admission
I didn't apply to any other college specifically but I did get other colleges within the university during my admission procedure. I got a seat in Kalindi College (UOD), Maitri College (UOD) and Gargi College (UOD). I chose Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) because it was a co-ed college and secondly it has the highest ranking amongst all for the course I was choosing.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio was average but we had enough teachers and they had a very holistic way of teaching. I really liked Animesh Mohapatra sir. He used to teach us Indian Classical Literature and his understanding for the subject was excellent. We had around 4 exams per sem and they were moderately difficult. Only 2 students failed in my batch. The course curriculum was relevant and helped in overall understanding of the literatue.
Night Life
There's no night life of my college as my campus was south. Though there are many hangout spots, very famous Mini (a shop that sells all the packaged and fast food). Almost all the students used to unwind their days by hanging out at Mini and sipping very famous banta (lemonade) of Mini. The timings for the college were 7 am to 4 pm.
