- In Miranda House everything is perfectly fine the environment, infrastructure and college vibes are also familiar to me this place is like heaven to me.
- I like roaming alone in my college without any fear of judgements and whatever I wear no one to judge me that is also perfectly fine .
- My course faculties are all very experienced,and master in their fields .
Dislikes
- The problem is that I am from a village but i don't know much english fluency in our class everyone taking in english I feel like pathetic event in the whole class sessions.
- Our course facilities are very nice but the bad thing is that there are some facilities who belonged to North East so I am unable to understand their style of speaking .
- I like everything in my college but bad thing is that I want one to one mentorship from our college course faculties to the students for acknowledged their growth.
Course Curriculum Overview
I don't know any about sociology before the enrollment in college.As came in college I found its very difficult because I first time study it. But as the time passes evrything is alright and sociology became easy to me when Shivani mam teaches us and Sumedha ma'am teaches us. They use very simple language to explain us .
Fees and Financial Aid
Hii, in the first year i paid 15760 in first round of allotment of college seats as per cuet .In the second year, i paid recently 13460 and this is only college fees and now I will tell you about my pg accommodation fees it will take 10 thousand per month and almost 1 lakh 20 thousand per year and other expanses as well like milk and other daily essential things. In our college fees waiver given to those whose annual family income is less than 2.5 lakh but not mine.So i am not eligible to any scholarship in our college.
Campus Life
There are many clubs and societies in our college but I joined NCC and talked about societies there is western dance society, classical and also music society, debate society, business club,sports club as well there are kabaddi,basketball team,tennis and volleyball games team represents our college.I thought my college has every facility i needed.
Admission
As I already mentioned that I got Miranda House in first round and also this course on my preference list is ninth or tenth. And also i did research about this college because Miranda House is the best college in india from last seven consecutive years.Thats.why i chose this over other colleges .Now talked about admission process is all done by DU website where we have to first apply for yeh Cuet and then Then participate in DU counselling and almost you needed 700/800 marks .
Faculty
There are maximum 10 faculties in our course department.But I don't like anyone except Azad sir because he is the person who ask every individual to their perspectives and taught in very simple language he is the person with ground level attitude and also never he said anyone harsh words.And also talk about other facilities like Binu sir he is very ajeeb personality he always give preference to the north east people and also always talk to them. There are 5 to 6 girls they are favourite to every professor that's why favouritism spread in classes .
Night Life
In the north campus always rush if we talked about hangouts with friends in guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar there are many cafes, libraries as well .If I am talk about college hostel in night after 10 you are not allowed to enter or exit.i am not yet going for any hangouts with my friends because I don't need at all but in this area of patel chest you can enjoy everything.
