Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculam is good and is easy to maintain the time table but might get hectic if you procrastinate a lot. The subjects include a lot of activities which involve real world applications or further physical activies which makes it more engaging. The time table sometimes gets hectic and the gaps in between classes might take up a lot of time. The exams aren't that hard and you can prepare well by reading off the pyqs and important topics

Internships Opportunities

5

As its a college in south campus, a lot of internship opportunities are available. The finance and commerce societies manages it well as well as the faculty. They help us get information on internships and help us get in touch with big firms and opportunities too.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for a year is 37500-39000.It includes everything except the exam fee. You'll have to pay around 2k for exam fee per semester. There are some relaxations for orphan category students but everyone else have to pay same fees. Almost every friend of mine pays same fee, except for those who are orphans. There are some government scholarships but not directly by the college.

Campus Life

5

The overall experience is great.A lot of events goes on over the semester like cultural societys events , other different societeis doing their events, with the main event of our college being 'Aavahan' which excites not only our college students but the others too. There are a lot of options for extra curricular activites offered on campus like batminton, cricket, football, photography, khokho, kabbadi, etc. There is a chess team too.

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges because it had good reputation around the neighbour and its close to my house too. It falls in the south campus which is quite popular. I wasn't able to get the college and course I desired because of not meeting the cut-off. The admission process is to give cuet and qualify the cutoff. You should have maths in 12th class and science is preferred.

Faculty

3

the faculty to student ratio is good. there are multiple teachers for same subject and not a lot of students can get seat in the college as they are limited. I like the faculty of psychology department. They are understanding and helps even with issues. The EVs teacher is chill and cool too. Theres 7 subjects per semester and you might have to give all 7 if you opt for sec or vac subject with thoery paper.

Interview Experience

4

yes i participated in events which had gds and interview type questions. if you want to join societies youll have to sit on those and clear to be able to join societies. prepare by asking help from seniors and other classmates as well as chatgpt.

Night Life

5

The night life is very good. As its in the south campus, theres a lot of hangout spots like parks, malls, shopping complexes, cinema theaters or cafeterias. There is a bit public library around the campus too. It stays open almost whole day so it makes access to it easy. It doesnt provide hostel so you'll have to arrange it by yourself. There's a lot of hostels around college with short distance around 500-700mtrs. Famous hangout spots like Rail museum, sarojini nagar market is within 4-5 kms from the campus.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (English)

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
