Average package 3 lack anything below this is not worth reading They never cared about our internship. We were on our own . Most of student have to finish there English without internship. There was no motivation I mean we felt as if internship is not I important. We were just busy in completing our engineering that we never new what is meant by internship. Some of the student who did internship had to apply jack. I would say at least they should have taken any initiative. I am trying to get internship in google but it is just like a dream that never comes true. And we don't get any notification about the internship Now i don't know what to say. Man I am not the one who did internship so this portion should be optional to me. Seriously

I have taken admission in electrical eng. I was interested in this course, I was benefited there because most of my faulty were of helpful nature. Well practical were not good at all because we did nothing. Only for name sake the instrument were available, but we never actually performed any experiment, just to fill generals we just connected some wires.

Through AIEEE Rank Based Counselling. I took a lot of wrong decisions regarding my career. Due to which i sat for AIEEE rank based counselling and thereby thinking of this as ABESEC as i didn't had any idea that both the colleges were different. Only to know later that this was much better and served a bigger purpose and a great thinking

College didn't. But the college gave room to a startup that did provide internship with a bigger focus on the INDUSTRY PICTURE. Technolgies were feeded alongwith a focus on Soft Skills. Plus we got a stipend and worked on a Live Project. So that was cool

Course is good considering the faculty and peer groups along with curriculum design. Practical learning is limited in first term but you get on guest lectures and other such activities which impart a lot of learning. We are ranked in top 5 research institutes of the nation hence one must not doubt that part. Electives are to be chosen during second year.

Faculty are experienced and qualified from top notch universities across the India and the World. Faculty are available after class hours and pretty helpful. Standard of teaching is above excellence. Every faculty comes with in depth research and expects the same from student community.

The college has told us what freedom is and how to handle this freedom and prioritize your life choices and decisions.Along with academic development ,the college focuses on development of person to fight the world outside. Its urban setting open plethora of options for students to explore outside the college and never a student feels confined to the boundaries of the college. The only downside is the what every typical engineering college in India is expected to have in terms of the huge workload First of all the exposure city like Chandigarh gives is awesome.I got to meet a lot of people from different parts of the country with fascinating talents.I learned a lot of games(especially T.T),participated in different club activities and even did marketing(whole new experience for me) for the fest of the college. The fest of the college 'PECFEST" is totally mindblowing.Overall I learned a lot of things and hope that this learning curve becomes more steep in the remaining college life.

I wrote JEE(Joint Entrance Examination) Mains 2016 to get into this college. It is conducted by CBSE every year on the first Sunday of April.I got 10k rank in this exam which landed me here in the electronics branch here as expected by me.No there was no interview process following this. It was totally on the basis of JEE rank(which was calculated through CBSE board marks and JEE marks).I heard a lot about the enormous potential this branch has and how you can get into a variety of career options later on as you can get a job in your core company,or you can join a consultancy or you can can get into any IT company. Also the average package of my branch is pretty handsome(8-9 lakhs). All these factors made me choose Electronics and Communication branch in PEC.

There is a huge difference in law you read in books and law you apply in courts, therefore, to make its students' industry ready - college has made the internships a necessary part of the curriculum. Every student is ought to intern two times a year, for which he is marked. One can land an internship through his own sources or by applying through college's training and placement cell which is well equipped.

The college doesn't publish any list of placements but only the list of recruiters which is huge in number and size too including Shardul Amarchand, Astreal legal, Madaan and Madaan's co. and many more. Most of the students het PPOs in their 7th,8th or 9th semester form the places where they are interning therefore leaving very less scope for on-campus placements but them also there are campus placements.

I entered in this college thought 12 th exams no interview process was followed my school teachers guided me for economics and I opted as it applied me a lot

Poor faculty lack of parmanet staff makes situation more worse there is interactive word in the dictionary of college teaching stand is below the belt

However college is good for IT courses. Only con is size of the campus. Faculty is nice.. the campus size is small enough ..a garden rounded by a 7 stored building.. but the facilities are fully provided. If you are opting for IT courses. .its good.. cause placement here for civil and mechanical is negligible.. and opposite for CS EC EIE courses.. lots of companies come for placements.. and the best part is they don't labor you so much like autonomous colleges.. It is VTU affiliated college.. so CBCS pattern will be followed up. Which is way better than autonomous system. At last I would like to say its a good college..and you can choose it as your college.

I wrote COMEDK entrance exam to get admission in this college. While counseling there was inspection of documents. To check your filled details in the application form matches with the eligibility criteria. and interview was carried out. There were two counselings. in which you have to choose seats available. And then after payment direct to college for admission . I chose CS as there is good scope of placement and it is a reputed 66th all India rank AICTE approved college.

I am not much aware of the placement scenario but as much I know is that placements are not that worth the name and fame of college. But few big companies visited the college and gave a good package.

Yes, we came to meet many famous and down to earth alumni of our college. Everyone got a chance to meet the alumni who visit the college. But the network is not as strong as it has to be.

According to me college should focus more on extra activities but overall experience is fun in enjoying my college life and college is providing all facilities but there should be girls quota in top engineering colleges.

Placement is very good companies like google, flipkart, amazon, Microsoft, TCS, infosys is like big MNC take part in annual placement drive and almost 90 pec people are placed very year with handsome packages.

Focuses on practical aspects of all the commerce subjects especially management. The main focus is on learning through various activities and videos. The curriculum is made in such a way that we enjoy learning so overall it is really very good n everyone loves it.

Amazing teachers they have which always focuses on the practical aspects of learning. They try to make classes as fun as possible and interactive. They check notebooks even on regular basis and even give assignments n various google searches. So overall it is fun.

And talking about the course I was very happy taking that course because I always wanted to learn something new number never stop I wanted to do further study .

The curriculum if the course was diverse and provided an in-depth study of various subjects related to it and it was practical as well as theoretical and research initiative we're taken and elective options as well.

There was an amazing experience of placement mostly 67 percentage of the students got placed and major companies like tata Birla reliance jk Sanghvi visited the campus and the average package was 7 lakh.

We have many events in the college. Many college clubs regularly organize their respective events to showcase their hard work and talent. These are mainly attended by the college students only. One major event that the college hosts is called PECFEST which is a Technical-Cultural fest held in the month of October. Students from all across the nation visit the campus to enjoy and participate in the various events. It is a three day fest with a footfall of about nearly 50,000.

It is a very well balanced environment which lets the students the students explore their interests and follow what they are passionate about. It provides a good platform for extra curricular activities and an all round development of the students. The college provides a good atmosphere to the students which promotes a lot of extra curricular activities which keep the students happy and energetic and also helps them to study a lot better.

The faculty is good. There is an outbox thinking and student's doubt is cleared by faculty and help is done to them in a very much interactive way. They just don't stick to there but also practical and encourage us to do the best and there was a good student and teacher ration and standard of teaching were decent.

It is very good and 75 percentage theoretical and 25 percentage practical including externals minors Viva and research initiatives like factory visits are taken care of and no elective options were there.
