Campus Life is quiet good actually, the crowd here is cosmo (As there is no minority quota in the institute). Gender ratio is around 2:1(Boys:Girls), Most of the students here are from middle-class family. There is also a sports committee managed by the students which organises inter departmental competition for cricket,football,badminton etc.

Placements are actually Very poor in this Institute. This is mainly because most of the students Planning for further Studies sits for the Placement but don't accept the jobs. And even the training and placement cell is not well managed. Companies coming to the college for placements are decreasing over the years.

There is a Placement Officer under TPO who is responsible for organising job fairs and ensuring that the pass-out students can accordingly look for opportunities. Since I passed out a decade ago I have no idea about the current packages offered. Further details can be procured from PRO office.

We did not have much pressure as such. There were sessional exams in which you have to score marks and best of three used to be counted. The semester was usually 6 months period and we managed to score good marks due to regular classes. I am thankful to the diligence of the teachers as well.

I gave JEE Mains and I scored 90 and my boards percentage was 78. So the expectations for a very good college were less. I tried to take a another drop but I gave other exams like UPSEE in which I scored 240 (got CSE in ABES) and GEEE and I was selected in GU(CSE). Reading all the reviews on various websites and some personal opinions I took admission in GU. But after coming here I realised that I took a correct decision.

The fees structure is feasible for the upper class family and will be little expensive for a middle class family. For the B.Tech in CSE with no specialisation it is Rs 1,59,000 and for the specialised courses it is Rs 1,79,000 per annum. From this year the University started charging for Mc graw Hill smart book which would be Rs 2000 for a year. There will be no hidden charges.

The curriculum is pretty decent , and it's spaced quite well and it is very intuitive. The first year we learn basics of Sketching and converting our ideas to make others understand it by any possible medium, we develop our skills and move forward into designs in the later years. Also we have photography and computers as elective.

Exams are chilled out when it comes to theory the vivas are a bit more hard well have work the previous night to make last minute improvements to our design projects , but that's always there we never really get satisfied with our work. There will always be that notion of slight change or improvement.

We are very rich in this subject. There are lots of events solely done by college student. These events are so popular that there are participation from other colleges. These events also attracts guest from India as well as from foreign countries. Some of them are - manthan (musical event) Cyber events like hack triathlon, hacking fest, etc.

Almost all got placed every year. Don't see the list provided by college as percentage in some branch are low because student prefer to do higher studies. In my college placement in mining engineering (I am talking in terms of placement and package) is awesome as placement is 100%. But in terms of package CSE branch is best.

By qualifying college exam i got the admission in this college. Then the college called students here for admission process. Then at counselling day, i choose my branch and hostel type. Then at orientation day, my admission confirmed and i got my hostel.

Many events were celebrated in this college, like kiit-fest, cricket tournament and more. Students were offered to take part. Modelling, photo shooting like events also happens here.

The college was one of the best parts of my life - even though we had a small campus, we thoroughly enjoyed being in college and spending time with friends and faculty. The teachers are so loving and friendly and there is a very good relationship with the students. The college management also allowed the elected members amongst the students to take key decisions regarding events and other areas

The admission process was based on the percentage each student had scored for their 12th board examinations. The selection was then done basis ranking provided according to the percentage. I chose B.com because I really wanted to learn tax - unfortunately our 12th std syllabus did not include the subject. The admission process for me ended with one interview owing to the grades in 12th

There are girls studying in the college but not as boys a little less than than boys i.e 3 girls to 10 boys. Also it depends on the branch in different branch the ratio is different.There are various clubs in the college.There are about 15 clubs in the college. There a lot of extracurricular activities like that of dance,debate, qiuz, games and sports like basketball ,volleyball, swimming, table tennis, badminton, football and cricket.

The placement results are improving day by day.Also newer companies are stepping in the college campus for recruitment. Top notch companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tech-Mahindra, Cybage are visiting the campus. Also Indian Army and Indian Navy are visiting the campus. Highest package this year was 17 lakhs per annum fro dropbox. Other than that a general package of 6 lakhs per annum is generally secured by the students.

Yes, 50 percent placement in infosys, hcl, igate, l & T, Ashoka Ley land are few companies which visit college of engineering campus few companies from Sidcul, hardwar also visited our campus in 2012.

No internship support was given by college. We had to find it ourself. Infact, no one looked at our training letters also.

In the Madhya pradesh exam is held by Rajiv gandhi technical institute Bhopal in all the technical institute afflicted by RGTU Bhopal. Exam Controlling by RGTU university, Exam structure is average not as good. All the paper set by university, and answer sheet checked by special professor.

Faculty of this college is very good in initial stage in my first two years .After this two year when i was in 3rd year college don't has well qualified teachers. Some teacher are really very good and well knowledge person at the college. But still college has required good teachers.

Jaypee has a strong faculty as it gives a heavy pay to them. All the professor and assistant professor are with a phd so you can imagine. All the teachers are focused kn studying so you cant think and they will never cancel not even a single class in all your course years. All teachers are very helpful and well educated and can solve any of your problems.

Admission in college is according to your JEE rank and you have to fill the college admission form to be invited for admission in noida where you will be called according to your rank. Its a long wait for students but the management is good. As for all jaypee colleges counselling is held in jaypee noida so student have to go there.

Daksh is a technical fest that takes place over 3 days. Colosseum is the inter university sports fest of Sastra And Kuruksastra is the cultural event Most of the events are won by our college itself. The sports fest is attended by many reputed universities in the region and it is one of the biggest in south india.

Among all other universities, this is the cheapest you would get and the facilities are more than worth it. The tuition fee is 55000 rs per semester and the hostel fee is 10k per year. The fee structure is way less than other private universities and also lesser than some government universities.

Exam pattern has for one subject in one semester ,marks allotted is 100. 50 marks for internal exam and another 50 marks for external exam. Internal exam has 20 marks test + 10 marks practical record book + 15 marks for lab examination + 5 marks attendances. We should have the 80 percent attendances to attend the exam. External exam is writing exam which has both objective and subjective questions.

Entrance examination which i took was common entrance test (CET) of karnataka. I scored 4200 rank in medical. Rank of 2500 in agriculture. I choose this college because ,this college is in one of top ten agricultural University in the india. It has best infrastructure and best teaching staff and all. It is mother of all agricultural college in karnataka.

The faculty is not top class at all. It can be considered average. Faculty teachers of computer subjects are the only ones who care about students gaining knowledge instead of passing exams. Other faculty just covers the syllabus without giving you reasons which might interest students to that particular subject. The lab assistants are newly post graduated students who don't get job anywhere and don't have much knowledge.

The curriculum is same as found at all private engineering colleges. The course is not difficult. Those students who never studied computer science before don't need to worry. Everything about computer is covered starting from the basics. The curriculum is not focussed on research, but an individual can himself study properly about his field of interest as basics of the course is covered.

It is very helpful in terms of learning, and it was very helpful in the corporate too. Curriculum is dynamic and it changes as per the recent trend of education in other top colleges for MBA like IIMs, ISB Hyderabad and other niche colleges. I really this part of curriculum. CAT 2010 exam, 84 percentile, Had heard good reviews of this college, which turned out to be true.

Gave CAT, then appeared for group discussion and personal interview. And then got selected. Group discussion I talked about the topic given Interviewers asked questions, I answered. There was a long question answer session which i believe went for around 45 mins to 1 hour.

for MTech the cource curriculum is designed very effectively keeping reaserch and future market requirements ,there will be two types in digital communication if you want to go on communication side u will have detection estimation theory,wireless sensor network,and if are intrested in antennas,then u will have antenna theory,software defined ratio.

admission process was through KEA(Karnataka examination authority),counselling ,in which i applied for it and got separate rank ,and according to rank allotment of college was done.once allotment was done i paid fee to KEA,then got order letter ,using which i got admission in this college,later i even paid some admission amount here in college also.

I studied that's how i got in this college. Don't read this comment because this comment isn't about a shortcut to enter a university unless you have lot of money in your dad's account to get a back door entry. So the journey is like you have to start studying very soon i think in the 11th standard only though now there are some institutes who are offering IIT courses from very low close like 8th standard.

Exam Structure was good. Its not that hard and not that easy. It requires student to get all types of exams and not only the paper exam. To pass the exam we have to submit assignments, we have to make files, we have to perform experiments practically, we have to face the Viva, we have to take the Written exam and we have to take the sessionals. Overall the scheme of the exam was good.

I took EAMCET entrance exam i got 48493 rank so i opt this college, i had option in KCET i got 7658 rank but as i am non local to that state i was thrown away.

It's very good and interesting. I've choosen civil engineering course which I took on my own interest. Mainly about construction and structures. So I might take up structures in my upcoming studies. Strength of materials and fluid mechanics are the two core subjects.

I got through Government quota. Under CET, This college was under the top lists of my choice probably last in the top list. I got admitted in the last round of my counselling. Paid government fee and college fee too in a single day. Hostel fee is quite expensive.
