Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology is a college of vision and have and have an idea that what to do and when to do.till the 3-2 we do not have electives. faculty told that they you have electives but they are not elective faculty will elect for us. In 4-1 we will elect for two subjects.

In our only few faculty are interested in teaching and rest of them are not interested in teaching and they just come to college for money. My college is best college with more worst faculty and few good faculty. As i told my college is good but not best.

The placements in the college are good.Most of the reputed companies have visited the college.It is one of the important thing that our college has.Most of the companies offered around 5 lakhs per annum. But some of the companies like amazon offered 15 lakhs per annum. The companies like capgemini offered 4.4 lakhs per annum.

The college faculty is very good.Most of the members have done their phd's in reputed institutes like iit, bitsat, nit etc and so on.The college staff have done research in respective subjects. They have gained most of the knowledge in the subject. It will help the students to gain knowledge from the faculty.

Exams are conducted once in 30 days. They provide good break and lab exams are conducted twice as a model exam and main exam. They are not so hectic and they are not easy either. You need to put efforts. It was not chilled out and they give you marks for every experiments we do in each lab period. So we can't consider lab as an easy one and once we miss them we are affected immediately.

My course has great scope in future. It is so applied and one can relate this to day to day life and it is almost applied everywhere. One needs control systems everywhere and my course provides in depth knowledge about control systems. My course has core subjects like Signal processing which is again much vital in speech processing.

I got admission in this institute by giving West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for engineering and after that through joint entrance board counselling process i got into it which happened in kolkata. My joint entrance rank was not that much good so i got call in second counselling day and there in display some college names were coming and i had to choose this college for my parents as it was near to my home.

The faculties of this college are first of all very strict but if you attain their labs and classes regularly they will be very happy on you and they will help you a lot if u show interest in some other studies or in some area apart from your curriculum they will be happily helping. In my case our hod send me for national conference to present some paper it was conducted by WBUT.

Good. Nice college with nice location in peaceful area. Nice staff and nice crowd. Staff and culture was awesome. Nice labs and facilities. Bus facility also available.so all over is good college.

Yes, college provides placement facility and so many companies came to the college and it was nice experience.

The course curriculum is perfectly designed in all the semesters and the credits in each semester are also kept equal. We have 10 semesters in total each having 5-7 subjects in each semester. As the course is integrated dual degree the students studying in GBU saves one crucial year and completes his/her post graduation in 5 years.

In computer science the permanent faculty numbers is low as compared to other branches. Mostly we have Guest Faculties teaching the subjects. But most of the faculties have done PhD and have a good knowledge of the subject. The classes are also held regular and students take interest and the doubts are clarified by the faculty.

Being a Govt. College , the faculties are selected by various procedures and the selection criteria is difficult too.The faculties here must have a Master's Degree and Some faculties here are Phd. and Some from foreign universities. We find our faculties to be quite serious to their subject. For the students, the faculties are ready to make them learn things after Class Hours.So,Here faculties are really good.

The Course Curriculum is based on UTU which is affiliated by AICTE and being a govt.college the course curriculum is well segregated and divided so that a student may find ease while doing this Course. The Books and the materials given to us are all from standard books and the materials that is well sorted and made by our faculties that makes us to learn and understand concepts at ease.

No placement,very less job opportunities. Placement cell is the laziest and worst they have nothing to do else eating they eat like they do not have any other work. There are thousands of students in college any one company is coming taking only 10 students after that we are waiting for company I think the placement cell know only one company.

Scholarship offered by the university not by the college and there is no lain facility for the students those wants to study and not able to. College needs to provide this facilities . They needs to improves a lot in their facilities. They have nothing to offer they want only fees and fine from the students.

The gender ratio is VIT is good compared to other engineering colleges. 40:60 ratio. There are students from all parts of the world. You will come across Chinese, Korean, Singaporean, American, European, and other students. The diversity is amazing. In fact, we also had a few faculty members that were from other countries. The extra-curricular are amazing and enjoyable.

After getting shortlisted on the basis of the VITEE score, I was asked to come down to VIT, Vellore campus. There, counseling was done on a merit basis. Students were given the branch of their choice based on their ranks and the availability of seats. As I observed, mechanical seats were the first ones to be filled, Computer science and then Information technology.

The fee structure is Feasible but may be difficult to pay for ATKT exams. It is full exam fee and if the student get KT again and again then not possible to pay such high fee.

Didn't noticed such whether college conduct any job placement or not. Never heard that that any student got the placement or internship through this college.

In college gender ratio is 1:2 1 girl 2 boys. College organize lots of extracurricular activity and cultural program for students. There are sports competition are also happenings there. Labs are also as per standard norm. There are play ground for all sport like basket ball , volley ball, foot ball, badminton, cricket etc. State level Indore game like table tannins billiards, chess competition are happenings there.

I got admission in GLA university after clearing its entrance exam GLAET. The Admission process for GLA UNIVERSITY begins in may every year and students will get admission on the basis of GLAET Score. GLA UNIVERSITY is located in Mathura (UP) and is one of the top Institutes in the north India.

Admission is based only on JEE examination score, comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. I was invited for counselling in the IIT zone, from which I had appeared in JEE exam. In counselling I was supposed to fill the courses and colleges. Final course allotted is based on the score and the preference filled during counselling.

After selection we have to comelette the admission form and deposited the first semester fees. College intimated me about the session timings to join the same.Although after the common Entrance Test every candidature got their own ranking and according to the ranking they had placed to the college.

3 CIA exams will be conducted in equal intervals for a sem. The best 2 will be considered and this will be for 40 marks .10 marks for seminar/ assignment. 50 marks for end sem exam. Totally 100 The students getting 90-100% will get 10 points , 81-90 will get 9 points and so on.Using this SGPA is calculated and further CGPA is calculated by taking average of all semester SGPA.

Our college has a vast opportunities to get placed in campus both in IT sectors and core sectors. The avg annual salary here is 4.2 lakh per annum. The max salary of 21 lakhs per annum is provided and more than 95% of the students get placed in campus. The college has a very good partnership with mass recruiters who reduce the burden of students to get placed.

JEE(Mains) and CBSE Board examination score calculated my rank which was the criteria to enter in college. My JEE(Mains) score was 140/360 and Board percentage was 89%. And this bagged me an All India Rank of 67830. And my college merit came out to be 320/900. I always studied in Army Public Schools and stayed in Army environment around. So, just wanted to continue that and thus opted Army Institute of Technology. Moreover, I always wanted to live in hostel.

faculty, to be honest, is just average. But if you look around other colleges, the situation is same, or even worse. Teacher's knowledge is mostly bind to books only. But there are few, who can actually help you in some projects and your stuff.

The placement and job opportunities are decent for a college in mumbai. The Placement Cell was really doing their job and got many companies to visit our campus during our final year - few of these were TCS, Accenture , Cleartrip, Slumberger, ColPal etc. The starting packages were decent at 3.15 Lacs per annum to 5 Lacs per annum. It was a good package considering that the world was still reeling from the effects of the recession.

The Course Curriculum was in sync with the course of the Mumbai University. However I recently heard that the college had now become an Autonomous institution - so I cannot say for sure the course structure followed now. During my Time from year 2005-2009 it was the same course as the Mumbai University prescribes. Also during this time, the exams for the first and final year were conducted by the Mumbai University.

After I was assigned the to the college,I procured the form and everything I needed at the college where there were people especially set apart for this purpose. The administration was very kind and a lot of the students and teachers alike assured me that this college is going to reach great heights and will one day be one of the best in hyderabad and as far as I can tell,that does seem to be the case.

I joined this college through the Eamcet Exam in which I was ranked 21040,I scored about 70 in the exam and as far as my friends are concerned, You should be able to get in if you have a rank less than 27k. I did not really have much of a choice in selecting my college since I put in a lot of colleges and I just happened to get into this but now I truly am glad that I did get it here.

We had 6 semesters overall. In the first year every subject will be based on a general manner; contains every subjects like civil, electrical, mechanical, computer science etc from third semester onwards we will be splitted up according to the subject we selected. In the seventh semester we will have a minor project and a seminar presentation and in the final semester a major project.

In my class 20 were placed in campus selection. Every year we can expect coming of MNC companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc.. for hiring. If not placed in campus selection you will be notified opportunities via email or phone calls from college itself. But all the selection will be based on your rank and marks.

There are few events happen every year. e.g. Athlete meets, Annual cultural events and science fairs. I totally can recall few events like Panache 2003 and 2004, where College invited Punjabi Singers to perform and it was very energetic. there were many inter college cultural competition held in that.

It was good, in my batch almost everyone got job from college itself. There were many companies like Accenture, Infosys, TCS hired freshers from our college in year of 2005, On the top of that as there are many small software companies in Chandigarh, they also hired few freshers from college.

The course curriculum is extremely comprehensive and structured. It is divided broadly into Core courses and Elective courses. The Core courses help build the foundations of business education - introducing subjects like accountancy, marketing theory, economics, quantitative techniques, finance, human resource management, production management and strategic management to the students and then going deep into it.

The fee structure for the 2009-11 course was around ~10 lakhs. This also included all course books and materials given by the college. I do not have the current fee figures with me. As for Return on investment which can capture the 'feasibility' of the spending the course fee on part of the student, I distinctly recall that the average salary after the placements covered the cost of education rather well.
