All over this college is good in each and every field like acedemics as well as other activities.its also good in placement point of views.fee structure is also feaseable not so much expensive bt the hostel facility is not so good.

Campus life is awesome.both boys n girls r studied together the ratio is 3:1.apart from acedimic these our clg also organise extra activites time to time like robo race, programming, Debates etc. for refreshment.

Gender ratio are also same and gd Student/Dorm Parties, workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status should be done very good

First of all i am crazy about new gadgets and software. I want to become a software engineer. So i chose the course and i also want to go forign.

I took JEE mains and secured 101 in JEE mains. And got a normalized rank of 76989 after addition of 12th board marks. I opted this college because it is best government college of our state.

The faculty of our college is well experienced and well educated and under their guidance many of the students has got excellency in their perspective fields.

I will say that I have no regrets joining this college. I feel proud when someone asks which college you are from and I say UPES. My family, friends, neighbors are very happy. I don't think there are any Bad Remarks for me to say.

Actually I have taken admission in B.tech Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Machine Design so this is a new branch in this college.It is great to study this course as it is very interesting.

Aah talking about campus life it is best.Its a kind of life every college student needs to live. Talking about extra curricular activities every week we get engaged in something. Around there are 15-20 clubs for students.Labs are quite okay.Sports Facilities are excellent.For each sport there is a ground even hostel have grounds.

Placements are good.But it will be better in upcoming times since it is newly built so it is not up to the mark and it will get approval from UGC in upcoming time(not sure) so definitely will affect the placements.If i Sum till 2020 It will be great.

In total there are 3 big fests 1. TECHNICA (METALLARGY BRANCH FEST) 2. CULFEST(CULTURAL FEST) 3.OJASS(TECHNICAL FEST). I am very interested in each fest and i am PR member of each fest(Public Relations).Ojass is north-east india 2nd biggest fest. Cultural fest there is big participation from orissa &bihar students.

Yes, very cooperative. Many robotics workshops are being takes place. Many cultural&literal socities are there in the colege including photography. Sports meet takes place at every month of january.

I took JEE MAINS 2014 and WBJEE 2014. I scored 138 in JEE MAINS and got around 58000 rank. In wbjee I secured 3396 rank. I took admission in IEM, KOLKATA as it is the best private college in eastern india(including west bengal). I tried for jadavpur university but I did not get Mechanical Engineering there.

Here in IEM I am studying in 3rd year. Right from the first year, the focus was not only in academics but also on research. Many events like robotics,solar vehicle,cloud computing and research paper presentations publiushed in renowned journels like IEEE.

Yes, There are many exams taking place all over the year. There are two main exams every year after every semester. The are 4 to 5 hourly exams also. The college timing is very hactic. It is from 8.00 am to 5.00pm. Students gets tired with this hactic schedule.

The placements are good here every year many dozens of companies visit our campus . TCS is one of the major company to visit our campus. But then also our college lags far behind many major iits and nits.

Exam structure is decided by university, college has nothing to do in it. If you talk about internal assessment, they take test/internal exams but not effectively.

The college is only concerned about commercialization,. they put fine to the student and always thinks about making money.

College was ready to provide all types of exposures, they encouraged student to prepare projects and also supported financially for these projects.

At our time even tough the arket conditions were not very promising, still student managed to have decent placement

Sagar University - CET for MSc Botany( All India Exam) Max Marks- 200 Scored - 102 ( General Category). I opted for this particular college because the college has its own botanical garden and it is a member of Botanical garden kew- London. It provides a very vast practical experience as this garden houses some very rare plants which are not available anywhere in India easily. Teachers are also very qualified and expert in their particular field. Overall being a central university in the heart of MP , it is surrounded by greenery and away from hustle bustle of city which provides very good learning environment.

Gender Ratio is very good keeping in mind the current gender ratio of India. It is around 4:10 . 4 girls per 10 boys. Being central university, the crowd is very diverse though majority of students are from Mp but you can find people form Kanyakumari and Sri Nagar as well. Extra curricular activities are held on a regular basis and are conducted on National level.

The faculty was 5 star A+. Maybe a couple of below par faculty over the 5 years spent in the college

College management is very helpful and encouraging. they have a notion that students passing out should excel in every sphere of life. They always encourage learning with extra curricular activities . If any problem is there students can directly approach them.
