I took IIT JEE in 2006 and scored marks in the range of 190-200 (exact I don't remember). My JEE rank was 3601 and was getting Economics at IITK some courses at IITR and all the courses at ISM Dhanbad. My close friend who was having a business of construction suggested me to take Civil Engineering that motivated me to act accordingly.I was having an impression that MSc (Eco) course at IITK was not good which later proved out to be false.
The events celebrated in the campus presented a great set of opportunities to me. During my second year, I was not able to talk properly and simply witnessed events but when I came to forth year, was able to confidently carry out all the exercises of the events which made me realize that even if you don't participate in the events personaly, It adds as lot of value to your personality.
Yes. I worked for this event and was a part of it.so college's alumni network is fantastic as i can say it from my own experience when we invited them. It was so great to talk to them about our college and seeing them today, the heights they have achieved motivates you alot. One of them whom i escorted told me how college used to be so different in his time( Gender ratio, infrastrutural changes etc).
It was commerce and management course.Business details and How to manage your business and people. It had subjects like Human resource management, industrial relations, corporate governance, statistics and also accounting subjects like cost acc, corporate acc, financial acc etc.

Campus life is a highlight of GTBIT. As stated already, the college thrives on extracurricular activity. There is a sports meet annually around March. The labs are well maintained and equipped. The literary fest Ruminations, organized by D'Lang Chaps has a debate competition called Crossroads which has been running since 2004. Its one of the most prestigious debate competitions in Delhi.
The curriculum prescribed by GGSIPU is quite outdated (although, I think it has been refreshed from batch 2013 onwards). That said, it was clear from the first semester that this was not going to be easy. There are at least 6 theory and 4 practical subjects till the 6th semester. The university likes examinations and there is an abundance of them.
Well there was no internship program provided separately by the college. but HOD's and faculty helped introduced and refereed us to their acquaintance in their network which inturn helped students a lot .
I got the seat through Management Quota. Heard a lot about this college about the ethics they teach and the discipline which is very important while we are at that age.

The campus life was good. There was lot of Personal development workshops were conducted. Cricket was the major sport that the college represented.
We didn't have any intenship offered in our college.

I took admission in instrumentation and control branch, the course is of four years having 8 semesters. Each semester had five subjects as theory subjects and each of it having theory exam of 100 marks and practical exams on each subject.
The college had no internship program and so there was no stipend. The college had no internship program and so there was no stipend. The college had no internship program and so there was no stipend.
Faculty was good. Some made the lectures interesting while some bored us but we enjoyed a lot.Economics was the subject that really bored us as it is extensive and we felt sleepy. Whereas English madam was so good she really made it interesting. Also special thanks to french mam as i loved these language in very first lecture and till date i am learning french.
Course curriculum was really nice and the staff was also good. Although some lectures made us bore some were quiet interesting that we would not miss and made it a point to be present each day for our favorite lectures. We do liked to bunk some but mostly some were missed as we did not make in time from time canteen to classroom.

No alumni network, we were the first batch, there are very less people in contact. After us the quality of student and teachers got obliterated. The intellectual level of people were not good.We didn't have any seniors so there is no help from the seniors, all we did is the mugging of books on ourselves.
My branch was Information Technology - The whole curriculum is strictly based on the university. A college cannot increase or decrease a subject .A sum total of around 11 subject per year, but in the last year we had only 8 subjects, labs and practicals all were according to the university syllabus.
Oh Yes, this is an interesting question. The cultural activity followed for 2-3 years before I got into college and I saw my elder brother doing the work for college events and I was thrilled by that. There was Drishti (inter-college photography competition- Which I won in the 1st year and the follwoing years was the head of Photography dept. in college for organising Drishti and help other students with their queries on Photography.)
The exam structure was pretty peaceful un-like the structure in today's world. SO there were 2 minor and 2 major exams in a academic year. There also used to be practicals and I loved the chemistry lab and the awesome smell inside of a chemistry lab.

No internship. We only did a final year project. Our project was building of an air conditioning system using solar energy. The university had stipulated semester breaks of less than one month. Hence, students of the university found it difficult to look for companies which would provide internships for such short duration.
Hostel had fests every year. Hostel life seemed exciting, from what I observed. (I was a day-scholar). Labs are highly equipped with state-of-the-art facility. There existed a basketball court. And a gymnasium as well. Our college also conducted sports fests, once in 2 years.

The campis life is really a best part in my life. Our college is not so strict and very friendly. Ther are many extracurricular activities are provided from my college. And the labs are filled with high range of equipment and computers. Very department will conduct a inter college competition and in our department they give conduct many competition like robo race, qiuz, paper presentation, etc.
In the first semester we have basic science and maths. From next semester I had core related subjects. We have mostly problematic subjust and one or two theory subjects. From third year we have elective subject and chossed nanotechnology because its fully theory subject. Because I don't like problematic subject.
In my college internship i went to bharat electronics limited for the internship. They will offered me nothing but good experience there too. There is no stipend is offering by the companies to the student in the time of internship.
I am getting placement in merchant navy from the college and i got the offer letter on the same instant with 24 lack package from the company. Many students from my batch has been placed from the college.
I have done my internship in bharat heavy electrical limited Haridwar. Overall experience is very nice. There are lots of things to learn there. It comes in topmost company of india.
Annual function is the most glorious event of the year. Fresher parties and fairwell parties are also be enjoyed by students and the faculty. Lots of event organised all the year.
Our college management supports us in all cocurricular activities .our college team participated in many state and national level sports and fests. our college people work as a team in each and every event that we participate, I had not come across with stupid things like criticism on the basis of race or caste or even sex.
seniors in our college is a kind of footsteps to be followed. They won't misuse their positions and they are helpful when we have necessity. They even tell us about what to do and what not in our college. And also guide us about rules and regulations of our college.
The campus life is healthy and entertaining too .Gender ratio is nearly equal and no conflicts between girls and boys ,Neither between gangs,No political matter uplifting allowed, Different competition and events are held and successfully completed such as robo soccer, robo race, and various robotic workshops held.
Faculty overall is good But some of the teachers are not fully qualified. The lab assistant are helpful and conveniently reliable. Practical knowledgeable staff should be made available for practical practice .
Faculty is very good and helpful for students and give direction as per university rules and norms. College students become either too busy with their friends or studying for exams, and normally do not have the time and many times the means to eat a well-balanced meal. The typical College studentメs diets comprise of fast food, ramen noodles, microwavable foods, and candy bars.
This college is good for library and study material and top 5 college in Delhi University and Administration is very good. I have given all competative exam like SSC ,DSSSB,Indian Railway ,IBPS clecrical exam and CTET. I have cleared Railway exam and IBPS exam.
No scholarship was provided, college will help you out if you will tell them your problem. I dont know about loan facility but sure few of my friends had study by loan in same college.
Campus life is good, now indsearch have good infrastructure , sports facility , labs and other challenging programmed are good. They conduct games , debate , extracurricular events .

Course curriculum is interesting as not like other courses all theory. It has 60% practical and rest theory so got a lot to learn, everyday we learn something new, new cuisines, how to effectively deal with different customers and how to meet their demand.
We have a 100% placement record over the years, Companies like The Oberoi Group, The Taj, J.W Marriot hotel, etc visit our campus. Package depends upon the position that you get selected for like entry level, middle level or Management Trainee.
Bad network. There is no group exist for alumuni .We had to search job off campus and seniors are very cooperative . We used to reach seniors through facebook and they helped us in finding job and referred us wherever required. Seniors helped us in minor and major project , how to create reports and all.
I took many entrance examinations like IIT, AIEEE, DCE, INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY, BITS PILANI. But i was able to score well in INdraprastha university. My rank was 11090 in IP exam then i went for the councelling and got this college HMRITM. I remember this was the last college left in councelling.
