Faculties were experts in their field. I like some very much as they were good teachers and inspired us if we were not getting results. I like prof Rohit Manchanda as he was a good teacher as well as a good researcher.

Faculty was really good and the professors were supportive and regular they used to help all a lot the attendance was good unlike these days when students do not attend the classes. Most of the college students are seen in the shopping malls and markets.

It was cool no hectic we were really cool and the exams were just at the end of the year unlike today when you have semester system. This is a better way as do not need to study hard only during end of the year but regularly one has to study.

Fee structure was also one of the main reason for joining this institute. I have come across my other college friends talk about colleges charging extra money for every single movements in college like issue of hall ticket, delay in returning library books etc, but it was not the case in our college as management was friendly, fee structure was very reasonable.

We had regular college day & Sports day events common like other colleges. But difference here was even the management was involved equally in participation of events, in order to have very good bonding with students & management which indirectly helps College growth & becomes students friendly.

Many companies came to college for placements. I attended only one and got selected with a good package for B.Sc standard. Now it's been more than 3 years working with same company and good growth in salary. Highly satisfied with the placements in college full of opportunities for talented.

Good place for opportunities many companies came for campus placements. Some of them are Wells fargo, Franklin Templeton, Wipro, Deloitte, Mahindra Satyam, GE Money. Also the packages were good. 1.8 to 2.4 lakhs minimum for all.

I appeared for JEE MAIN twice but failed both the time to get a chance to give JEE ADVANCED test which is for IIT.I only scored 77 out of 360 that's just very low score. Reason of my failure is I'm just way too slow in solving such hard problems. It's nothing like that I don't like or can solve such problems. I've solved many IIT JEE, Olympiad level questions but it takes an hour of average to solve 2-3 of them for me. But that's OK I've planned so much for my future. Physics is my core interest but I got struck with biotechnology here just because this is the only stream i was offered on the basis of my score and my parents wanted me to become an engineer cause they earn good.

Campus life is enjoyable. Gender ratio is quite balanced. Every month many competition, extracurricular activities is being held by UIET. Boys and Girls both participate equally. Students come here from all over India specially from east side. Nobody talks about economic status. But students get involved in politics when the election comes and I don't like it, but that's my personal opinion. But the sad thing is just like in other places in India nobody even talk about sexual orientation. If you're not straight living(surviving) here is so hard. There's nothing like freedom and rights for LGBT people in Indian society.

Well experienced and of flexible nature ,good command. All teacher has at least 5-10 experience in teaching line and my maths teacher in 7-8 semester is very sharp minded and has good ideas about question very kindly peaceful and honourable teacher in college I think no one teacher is jiet is compared by him I think he was the best teacher and favourite teacher of all the campus students also. I like his nature and his ideas mind blowing.

Seniors are good and has helpful in nature. My roommate is also my senior and she treats me like sister. She gave me idea about many things such as placements exams and about college,faculties and many more about college. On the day of companies I take some idea about companies how to talk and how to behave with company campus she also asked me some question which are asked.

Faculty are to good and they work own properly one fact here is vary few college who completed the couse therefore it not say that my college completed course but after study some time we have idea for donig all thing and teachers help.

The following subjects are in each semester 1st year more process based, 4 theories, group assignmentslater years was in our respective departments 2nd year - garment making, stitching, pattern making and graphics comes into process based and merchandising and leather studies and processes. 3rd year- jacket making & waistcoats, leather bags and accessories, and one graphical subject like adobe flash in process based and theories again leather studies and processes, and research methodology which comes in research based. 4th year- compiling of all of the semesters work: portfolio, one others department subject , i took photography and 2 departmental electives mine is visual merchandising, and non leather materials theory based is design methods and entrepreneurship and advance professional practices also csr last but not the least is colloquium paper which is again research based.

There are sooo many festivals throughout the year.Technical fest - Techkriti is our annual technical fest inviting students from all over India and a lot of prizes. Cultural fest - Antaragni is the annual cultural fest and one of the biggest in Asia, again inviting students from all over the India. Sports fest - Udhghosh is our annual sports fest. Internal fest - Impressions is an internal fest which is mainly for the freshers.

Faculty is quite good and experienced.Labs are very good and equipped with all the latest equipments apart from the faculty, we have TA who you can ask any questions and doubts in case the TA can't clear the doubts, you can always shoot a mail to the faculty directly for anything.

Orissa joint entrance examination i opted the course because that timw IT was in boom during those days and seniors and realatives were getting more salary that attracts me also.

Exam structure was tight but students were chill 8 semesters in 4 years and each semester contains 3 internal and each semesters and internal contains 6 paper and 3-4 lab paper.

Actually my background was MPC I have passed my intermediate exams then I am went to give emcet entrance exam to join in btech then I choose btech (mechanical engineering) when I went for admission I actually did not expect that I got admission in this college.

Very good and encouraging faculty they every time give focus on every student I like my faculty very much I am not right person to speak about gods they always good god never neglect any person this is my way of thinking.

After giving JECA exam with 1688 rank I join Academy Of Technology. West Bengal University of Technology conduct JECA exam after getting they give a date for counseling, I go there and select Academy of Technology for previous experience of my brother. After selecting the college, on that very day I was went for my certificate verification, and then they send me to college desk there I was found some college representative who give me college prospectus and inform me about college starting day.

Now I am doing MCA, I first I want to say It is a three year degree master degree course. Strategy of study of our college is very good, apart from our university subject we learn many more from our college. It is about extra subject, skill development.

I gave entrances for almost all Engg. colleges and got through IPU counselling with a ~19K rank. Being a sikh I could get through GTBIT via the quota they had and the reputation of the college was decent at that tim the counselling is a tedious process and takes an entire day for you to select the course and get done with the admission. Sikh students had to make sure all documentation was specifically in place wrt the quota.

The course curriculum is intense and enriching , however the level of learning depends on the experience of the faculty one must make sure that they ask and clear doubts themselves and be independent when it comes to being up to speed with the concept as no teacher will give any extra effort to make sure the kid passes the examinations self help is the best help.

My course was BE in computer science it is very tough to clear thes in S.R.T.M.U university as in this university are vey strictly and its even hard for a normal student to clear his semister with out ATKT.

Faculty of this college is realy very bad un experience maximum are the final year pasded out student which are doing MS in the same college due to which they are forced to take lectures for be student.

Placement is non other than better as everybody knew about the reputation of iihm, i can't remember all the company names but i can disclose very few where i had select that is IBM, MARRIOTT, PRIDE HOTEL, and one more hotel i have been selected though i couldn't remember the name.

That is really a tough episode for our life and this was make us a machine man for a certain phages or time in our crucial life that i won't forget the schedule is damn tough and stipend is just next to triple digits by this we won't even buy the food for 5 days in a month.

KIIT University is known for its placements. I was offered placement from two companies. Most of the students gets 2 or more offers. In addition to this, there were a number of other companies including Delloitte, Tata Power etc. The highest package offering was 12 LPA and the Average package offered was 3.6 LPA.

The alumni network of KIIT is the best founder makes sure that the students are connected to the institution throughout their life. Every year, Alumni meet are held at 5 of the primary locations in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

During my college days we were sent for off-campus only no much college came for on-campus. Since that time my college is 3-4 years old so it is not a reputed one but now it is a famous and reputed college in that zone and also we heard that, now a days lot of on-campus drives are going on.

Yes, our college (our department) conducted two technical symposium during my college days. Lot of participants were invited to that and that is a big one. In each and every year cultural festival will be organized by our management during annual day celebration.

College is good as of my experience if you are like to learn and spend more time on study rather than fun then you will like the college. This college time table is very strict unlike the other college. Some time you will feel like school bcoz of its very busy time table of continuous classes. The class time is regular 8 AM to 5 PM everyday except sunday. There is 1 short break and 1 long break in between.

The course is under BPUT course curriculum. The course includes most used programming languages to operating system, data structure, Management information system etc. The programming languages includes C, C++, Java/J2EE, HTML, JS, CSS, Perl, Shell Script. The course includes theary as well as Practical classes.

Dynamic course curriculum, which enables a student to get groomed in 2 years of program. It also gives lots of exposure globally. Best part of course curriculum is preparing for Group Discussion and Business Preaentations.

I did my internship in Grasim Industries Pvt. Ltd since i got selected through college placement for internship as well as it is a good brand so i had very good experience there for 2 months no stipend had offered.
