No there is no bad remark in our college all Teachers are like good they loved us soo much & we also love them too for my all teacher we are there so they are our good all student respect each & every teacher our college is good in each & every site game, study all college is also great.

In our college there is a canteen one boys common room & one girls common room i think this sufficient for all student of loko nayak omeo kumar das college our canteen is good where we can get food in good quality.

IN 2013,Their are more than 75% students in mechanical department are placed in companies like L&T(around 8),Reliance(6),TBEA(4),Torrent Power(2),Alstom(2) etc other student had preferred post graduation and business at that time mechanical intake was 60.After that still there placements are increasing Becuase of their old students performance in industries.

For internship there are lot companies providing internship/project work in their plants on the name of GCET Because Gcet has high respect in industries for their placed students hard work in their departments in bachelor degree there is no stipend offered but in post graduate Government providing stipend of 8000/- RS per month for GATE passout students.

I have passed my hsc examination with 78% score after searching for various option i have decided to do baf but after going in this college for form their admition faculty also gave me counciling about my interest and my marks and suggest me to took bms course.

It has very good pattern consisting of technical and practical knowledge,there is a large oppurtunity of research work in this college.there is a very good and experienced faculty here to support the study and practicals .as i have heard about this college and about its teacher,that was absolutely accurate. they have a specific teaching technique which helps us a lot for students. So, mostly of students are satisfied from it.

Campus here is really awesome.green environment here is very beautiful .there is a large sport ground for play,gym,robote house,two canteens.,great library. As there is co-education in college,,every girl and boys is treated as same. There is no bit of racism,sexism and relegious harrassment. The location of college is very nice which helps students to prepare for post graduaction and other competetions.

Well trained teacher, supporting environment, computer lab with full facilities and many more things which is required for a BCA students. All teachers are well motivator they coperate and always update us by giving latest information, so I like so much my college which is the best college for doing BCA in Patna.

Yes absolutely, Every month in our college many feast and many cultural program helds Surveys, seminars, group discussion or many more things helds for improving the technique. We participate and many students coperate with the school management and college provide the best facilities.

Placements are not bad. Around a 50 companies will come. Best of the were Facebook, ibm, techmahindra etc this big companies are selected 3 or2 students. Bad thing is that salieries was low maximum of about 40000 only per month. And other companies are infotech,beam, Microsoft, TCS etc. most of students were taken by techmahindra about a 70 members.

Yes there is scholarship for backward classes offered by government which was taken care by our college. And there is fee reimbursement for backward classes. About 35,000 was given to a students of ebc candidates. This is the thing in our college.

Yes ofcourse my college had a scholarship program for toppers of each stream. Their tuition fees waived to half and they also got a chance to visit ATI, BANGKOK. There were also a loan facility available in my college you need apply for that and after approval you will get loan for all semester in a reduced interest rate and college will do the all necessary arrangements for that.

As we were core engineering students we had the capacity of 120 in our stream and we had only 10 girls among us we had arranged several workshop in our college and also attended 5 workshops in jadavpur university except this our college authority arranged yearly seminar on energy conservation and innovation. We didn't have any political party union in our campus.

HR participates in many co-curricullar and extra curricular activities which are organised by the various clubs in the college. It is a very friendly place for all with people from all walks of life coming for an education.

The course I m in still in the development stage. It is a course meant to provide practical skills to a person and bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industries.

We are downside on this. we are more related to our degree and we don't have any extra curricular activities likes sports or competition. But regular debates an group discussions are conducted in classes.

My entrance exam was UPTU/GBTU exam And I chose B. tech as my course choice because it is a course that will help to grow you professionally and you can get a good job or enter corporate level and understand the whole mechanism and administration process of companies around the globe. There was no interview carried out for b. tech course but a proper admission process was there. When I got my rank. I got a letter to fill college and branch available according to your choice. Then after 1 month I got admission letter in which I got branches I filled during choice filling process. Then once again I went to my college to fill all formalities and paying admission fees.

Cultural and technical fest are celebrated at a very good level. Every branch have their own fest which they celebrate in a very ostentatious manner with great pomp and show. Some of the technical fest are listed as: mechanical department- MECHARNIVAL, computer science & information technology & MCA. INCORD, Electrical and electronics department - TECHERA and many others. Culural fest like Taal and odessey are celebrated where students from other college also participate in dance, choreo, singing and many others like skit, drama.

I am good in debates of our social life topics.I also take part in sports .Me and my friend enjoyed this type of curricular activites very much.I am good in badminton game also.

Teachers are very helpful and have knowledge and If I talk about other college faculties then our college has best faculty in uptu colleges. The most thing which I like in my college is that teachers cover their syllabus before time.

There are lots of events celebrate in our college. Annual cultural fest which is named as EPOQUE. A technical fest is also organize every year. One literary fest and other small level events also organise time to time.

Techvaganza a technical event is celebrated every year and various festivals like holi diwali id etc are celebrated every year.celebration level is not that good for festival and every arrangements are made by student themselves.

Overall it is good syllabus distribution is fine for all the semesters choice of selection of subjects nice and highly qualified faculty from various IIT's and NIT's and it is something which you can look for.

Extracurricular competitions are held rare and is improving now only. Sports and debates were not up to the mark and needs quite a lot improvement. Labs were good and gym is also available but need to pay extra amount to avail gym.

Didn't have much interaction with my seniors but they were good. Our college has anti-ragging squad and so need not worry about ragging. Seniors used to help in organising the fests.

The gender ratio is very poor the number of girls per boys is very less it may be because girls dont take more intereat in technology sector or whatever the reason may be but yeah for every 50 students there are only 5girls students. There is no facility of any extracurricular activities provided my college authority workshops do take place and yes the students are effected by the caste and racism system and it's very bad.

Being a governmental college, the fees is not so expensive and i do belong to a middle class family where money do matter for me annually the fees is taken and it is about rs.18,000 per annum apart from that the people who live in hostel they have to pay some more fees for hostel exams and regiatration fees are also taken before the centuo exam and it cost rs.1000 only.

Though the college is not centrally located around the city of Kanpur, it has got quite an urban campus. Some students refer the campus of IITK as the best amongst, all the IITs in the country. The lecture rooms are extremely neat and clean with comfortable benches. The air conditioned classrooms are well equipped with projectors which makes lecture sessions very live. There are many recreational centres within the campus. Moreover, the campus is wifi enabled which keeps research work and socializing to the premium level. As a mandatory norm, students getting admitted to the IITs have to stay in the college hostels. There are several hostels in the Kanpur campus and are located within the campus, so travelling to the colleges aint cumbersome. The hostel facilities are just above average with decent, non-dusty rooms and cleaned bathrooms and toilets. There is wifi connectivity within the hostel, so keeping in touch with your loved ones after college hours is simpler

Well, were talking about the top engineering institute in India. Undoubtedly, the reputation of the college is primarily because of its excellent teaching staff. One of the mandatory rules at IITK is that all the professors should be atleast a PhD qualified. Most of them have got their degrees from great and high ranking universities in the USA. Apart from their crazy degrees, theyve ENOUGH industrial experience and teaching experience at many other institutions. Some are visiting faculties at other engineering colleges. IIT Kanpurs faculty for Computer and Electronics course is excellent and students are extremely satisfied with the teaching level. Communication isnt a problem as almost all communicate in English. Some try to get a bit friendly and talk in Hindi as well. All in all extremely chilled out and highly knowledgeable faculty at IITK.
