Placement was good and starting package was 1 Lac. Several companies come for placement and PG course options are very good.

Annual fest, annual blast, sports day, gaming week were a part of fun activities that took place. We used to have mainly known as a week of political campaigning which used to be quite funny in terms of people and parties promoting themselves to come into power.

Only banking placements are the opportunities. That too you have to search for yourself. You may go to non banking financial institutions and other such financing companies. Some people go to KPO's as well.

As I am external candidate, I didn't opt for stipend. But they are offering 16k. The companies I heard for B.tech was TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO,IBM, ACCENTURE with different packages came like Wipro come up with 3.25L, Infosys came with 3.4 L package, TCS , come with 3.5L package.

The gender ratio is about 60-40, for boys and girls respectively. The hostel parties are organized in every months end. Workshops on different topics of social and education were held in regular basis. There will be no issue of gender in participation in any type of events.

loan/ scholarship facility was given by colleges and university bot also there was free or less fee for students which are poor bus fee are less for those and other college fees. also if any student get in merit they are also get scholarship.

I have entered through lateral entry as i have done diploma before. for admission i have attended counseling after that took management seat. I choose my course b tech in ece as i have interest over it.

The college didn't have any internship and general stipends. If you want to work part time jobs the college management will help you getting job and take care of college attendance and extra activities.

Campus life is good, labs are there every week they conduct two practical lab classes. Every year there will Inter state cricket tournament will held by management.

Gender Ratios are equal and in engineering girls are very less no racism is occuring and there are many foreigner students too.

Last year 90% placements were done average ranging in 2-4 LPA and max for our branch was 7 LPA.

I have not given any entrance recently. This college I chooses because college is near from my residence.

It comes under WBUT which does not have that much good syllabus for an engineer. Focus is given on theoretical rather practical work. Good if you are looking for further study. Faculties are selected by tough exam and interview and are well knowledgeable than others. Some are boring though bit overall faculties are quite good and supportive also.

AIT's campus us simply beautiful. If you see it's aerial view you going to fall in love.It's far from the city near dighi hills. Gender ratio- Out of 240 only 50 girls were there.No hostel parties as it's under Indian army and rules were strict, no alcohol and smoking are allowed.All were from army backgrounds so students are coming from different states and all live peacefully. No fights for religion or states.

I had my internship in Forbes marshall. Mostly mechanical and computer science guys were getting internships. Internship was not paid at that time. But I got enough knowledge about the working environment of the company and learned about different machines. Also, the advantage of being an intern is that the opportunity to get placed in that company is more than those who are not familiar with the company.

I took admission to this university via AIEEE exam which since has been collaborated with IIT JEE, my national rank was ~90k and state rank around 3k, which wasn't great but i could have gotten in a very good university but decided to stay at my home town due to family reasons and decided to take admission in " guru jambheshwar university of science and technology" admission was done via AIEEE online counselling. I chose printing technology as it's an upcoming fuel and different from the sheep following who were choosing cse and it.

Our course was last revised in 1990's lol. There were some subjects based on processes which haven't been in use since 1990's so you can guess how efficient our curriculum was In first 2 years faculty mostly consisted of junior teachers who were basically mtech students, who couldn't string together a proper sentence in english. Permanent factually was decent but they hardly took their classes.

The faculty and course are inter related as the flow of course goes on the basis of the faculty of college and since vardhaman is an autonomous college we were lucky and thus, our course structure was different from other state engineering colleges.

Companies like cognizant,tcs,infosys,tech Mahindra are conducting interviews in my college. But it starts in 3rd year ending.my seniors are selected at 2 outof 5. So it is depends knowledge.

Every year we celebrate farewell with seniors and juniors and so many cultural programmes and fest and we go to fest with other colleges so many debates and quiz are conducted in my college.

At Placement you have a wider exposure. Many MNC come for placement here. Birla sun life company, arvind mills and many other well known companies came for the campus interview. they offered a starting salary of ranging between 20000 to 30000 pm. Out of 530 students 160 were able to get into next round and finally 56 were finalised and 45 get the job.

The course curriculum was really nice learned a lot all the faculties were really nice and experienced. We enjoyed a lot. Almost every student were participating in every curriculum activities. Course was also very tough but with the guidance of the college faculties we could manage it.

Overall i have a great expeirence till date with my college. If you want to good studies i think smpic is a best option. There are very less extra activities in my college even though it is good in study all other activties are also important. I think college should develope facilities of hostel also.

In our college there is every year plays are arranged and work shop for play are arranged in my college. If i talk about gender ratio than it is good because my college is one of the reputed college in ahmedabaad. We have a good campus and various football and cricket grounds are also there.

The admission fee is 50,000 and 36000 per semester And there is no extra fee. It 2.30 lakh for 3year for mca course. Exam fee included in that.

It is best campus life its campus is full filled by wifi at high speed. Its campus is ac campus. It is spread over 11.5 acre of land aesthetically and artistically landscaped. It is fully air conditoned and excellent building having 2.8 lack sq.ft. coveres area. The campus provide central internet and computing facilities to the hostel as well. There is no political problem issue leke colleges. Our cultural is familiar with all students who have other states like jammu and kashmir,bihar,up,nepal etc. Our college has a zero toleren policy towards ragging related matters.

Many of the company is come for placement. Every year lot of atudent placed in our college in our city it is the beat college than other college becay placement of this college is good.company like hcl,tech mahindra,Ericsson,syntel,infosys and many more.

Campus life is good, ragging free and absolutely tolerant to every one. There is a robotics club in our college and it's good. Gender ratio is more biased toward boys. But in IT and computer science departments there were even numbers of boys and girls. Economic status is cool as students are financed by their parents. politics is zero. The majority of the students belong to Odia Hindu families, rest belongs Bihar and West Bengal.

Placement and job opportunities are okayish type. At our time only Infosys came as an on campus. And Cummins hired several mechanical students. ADP also hired 3 students from our college. In this college students have to rely on external job search things like AMCAT, eLitmus, off campuses. Definitely not so many core companies come for recruitment. Maximum package offered was 4.5 lacs/ anum by ADP.
