There are 2-3 fests are being organized every year and 2-3 sports event which include all the major sports. The college is highly concerned for sports and all India advani memorial basketball tournament is organized every year on a regular basis on national level.

Course curriculum is very robust, we had many different technology and domain specific papers. Labs were also conducted for newly introduced papers in elective we had option for 1. HealthCare 2. Retail I had chosen health Care and it had very good acknowledgement of IT with Healthcare.We got to know about HL7 standards and many more Health care related issues around the globe related to IT.

Gender ration was 1:5 for boys to girls many workshops are conducted every year, from different colleges or organizing workshops on our own in different colleges and universities there used to Moot courts for the law college of our university there is a different block for Research and development in our university.

Many big hotels such as the Taj, JW Marriott, etc come for campus selections. Almost all the students receive campus selections and are placed in good positions with a good pay too. The growth might be slow. There are also other companies such as McDonalds, KFC, etc that come for the campus selections.

Campus life is good as the crowd that come here is good. There are many extracurricular activities in college and the labs are very fun and inventive. There is an annual sports day too. There are many cooking competitions held and the college also participates in other college events.

They are really good if you'll listen to the university whatever they are saying than yes it's going to be happen you'll get a placement university will have a placement program called PEP placement enhancement program in which you are going to practice the aptitude and logical reasoning the things you have to do and don't you can call it a crash course for the placements.

University everyday there will be a event the famous ones are, YouthVibe, Magnitude, One-World yeah you"ll enjoy a lot if you'll be a part of the LPU because every time university is celebrating the fests and events some are of them are competitions and some of them are just for fun like coke studio is there some stunting events are there there are a lot of events.

Nearly 200 companies come in college every year and computer engineering placements are considered best of this college. Companies like infosys and tegra are most common companies which come every year recruiting almost 88% students through campus placements. Companies start placements from first semester of third year so college is very much good at placements.

Course structure is best as student has to compulsorily do all the activities told in college as college gives best computer engineering placements and sometimes placement done are abroad placements. Research I dont know as im still in first year. so i'll fill form later on research and all that.

Every year our college has curriculum activities which includes exhibition,robotics,cultural activities,sports and lot more.

My college have many labs like machine lab,dark room,computer lab,robotics lab,etc. Our college has big library.

The campus is neet, clean and green, sex ratio is good we get all the mixture of all the girls and boys, we get all the religion like Jain, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Sikh, etc, we get to see good politics also and also good competition on robotics, and international level competitions are organized in college

Cultural festival, independence day celebration, republic day celebration, Ganpati festival, Dandiya night, culture as a reverb festival, cricket, sports, all the entertainment game, dance competition, games, car race, and all the other games, festival which are celebrated in India.

Campus life is very happening as the peers are a great lot one could have regular parties within the hostel or outside and there shall be least disturbance gender ratio was extremely poor our batch of 40 students had 5 females in textile technology and it was almost the case with all branches while earlier being a regional engg college we had 50% students from states other than Punjab, the ethnicity mix was amazing and we learnt a lot but due to discontinuance of this arrangement, students tend to loose a critical learning component.

The course structure is good and the college has sufficient number of equipment to train the students. Industry experience though is important, the field is so vast that one cannot gain experience in all the areas. Thus when one joins the industry, it always looks like more should have been taught which is no practically possible so the course is designed in a way to teach something about almost everything in Textile technology.

The course structure is very good. It has a very good scope for research. My college also has research courses in biomedical science and technology. It also gives a wonderful library service which is on 24 hours for us to study and keep ourselves updated on recent researches. The journal and all different kinds of publication are also available in our library helping us learn about any subject of interest to its full potential.

Yes my college does provide internship. It is an awesome experience to work in my college as an intern as we get a lot to learn and this is how are experience also increases. The stipend given is 3000 rs per month. It's a one year compulsory rotating internship in which we get a chance to manage various emergencies and save human life.

The course structure is very elaborate, giving you a complete insight into Hospitality sector and teaching you all the basics you need to work in a 5 Star Hotel or start up a business of your own into the Hospitality Sector. Gender ratio was 60:40 Male:Female. Parties were pretty regular. Extra curricular activities: Regular Cricket/ Football matches with IIMs and other colleges; Regular screening of Plays and Movies. I am a north indian and have hardly come across people from south. Like for us North Indians, everyone from south is a Madrasi. Also, I have never met anyone who were into rapping, jamming etc. It was only during my stay at MICA that I met these people and made friends with them. It was actually a self development.

Course structure was good with high focus on research. Projects and Assignments are such that research was an integral part of the same, either in the form of primary or secondary research. I have done researches for various projects like an assignment on the Mall design, primary research with consumers of DTH services, Primary research with women on Lingerie.

You will never come to know how time passes in college. Literally speaking, time flies. The days passes by in department attending lectures and labs and what time you are left by goes in planning events in college, interacting with friends and seniors or by simply surfing net. In spite of the frankly awful girl/boy ratio (1:11!), The crowd overall is quite nice. Students tend to gel with each other easily, and that can probably be attributed to the complete lack of regionalism.

They are well good and some are phd's and some faculty are not upto the markBut overall it was an average teaching standards because the ground level faculty members will be teaching students and they will be guided by top level professors.

It was a good curriculum for our batch and we followed JNTUH time table but now it has become autonomous and it has its own syllabus and time table.Now it was not as good as previous one and they are following as they like.

Hands on knowledge given, Practical aspects along with theory imparted to students. Industrial trainings and industrial visits were part of the curriculum. We were also suppose to submit reports in every semester on the projects that we undertook. There were frequent interactions during the various symposiums conducted by the college

There are symposiums, Alumni meet, cultural fest, sports event that are conducted and college participates. Also, from time to time there are eminent people from the industry that are invited to share their experience and guide the students.

We have got the job mostly off-campus. In last sem of course college provide one extra class for reasoning interview tricks personality development etc. So these all things help to crack any interview of any MNC/FIRM.

We have a batch of 40 students. 80% are selected in top MNCs. I have also selected in first attempt. All have approx 15k in hand starting offer. 15K was the offer as per market standards that time very good.

Placement in allied fertilizer,seed ,pesticides ,irrgation , companies including bank agricultural officer job, the companies like jain irrigation, mahabeej, byer, zuawri, are offering jobs through campus placement. And banks like Nabard., bank of maharashtra , icici are offering jobs. As agriculture officer's.

Mainly BSc agriculture is related to farming and its related researches for improvement in yields and economic condition of farmer, research is related to development of new varities of crop, pesticides ,it is also related to livestock rearing and preparation of dairy products.

They are providing many facilities and founds for minor project which are helpful for student to get a Industrial experience in college itself. Even they take students to different Industries depending upon students need also students are encouraged by Industrial people.

Students are join this college mainly for internship. placements are very good in the campus. even they provide coaching for students ,During vacation students are compulsory have to get internship through college are yourself . They will take care of all expenses.

I was selected through MNIT. I have chosen this college due to high placement & highly qualified Ph.D faculty. My experience with this college is memorable experience for me. I am extremly satisfied with the quality of education & learning very help ful in my professional carrier. I would suggest to all for B.tech.

Very experienced. They all behaving like human. They were imparting knowledge to all. They were very much punctual in classroom. Always listening to all & imparting their knowledge.

There are 9 hostels for boys one of them aurbindo is very big inaugrated by former president late A.P.J Abdul kalam, it can accomodate 1050 students and rest of the hostels can accomodate upto 300 each. First year students shares room but after first year you get your own personal roomm with high speed Lan and all other basic facilities. Mess food is awesome, A lot of variety is here at very reasonable cost. Fee for hostel and mess for a semester (6 months) is 23500 rs.

A very good network with alumni exists in MNIT. There is seprate alumni association named ALCOM to keep in touch with new and old alumnis. Alumni cooperation is very good, They help us in organising various fests and good placements sessions, And time to time seminar takes place to motivate youngsters. Seniors are very helpful and our campus is ragging free. Anti ragging squad is here to monitor this.

Technical events like programming competition,robotics skills,cultural events,team building, festivals,convocation days etc are events that are celebrated and sponsored by many companies. A deep sense of belonging to the institution and is devoted to maximizing the opportunities available to students across the campus and beyond. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has a full fledged training and placement office that is responsible for training and placement of students. Reputed multinational companies have consistently recruited our students through campus placements.

Exams are hectic one and not easy. They keep you busy all through 4years. There are 8 semesters and each semester is followed by 2 sessional tests. Regular Lectures, seminars,presentations and practical labs are in between the sheets Many alumni are working as faculty and consultants in reputed institutes and organizations in India and abroad. The students of the Faculty have access to a Faculty library that is equipped with modern e-learning tools apart from consortium of INDEST and INFLIBNET and a large collection of text and reference books.
