Fee structure is too expensive for a middle class family person. The fee structure at that time was 42000/- the hostel fees was 60000/- approx, bus fees was 10000/- at that time. In this fee structure 32000/- was our tution fees. 5,000/- caution money they had taken from us at the time of admission, which they gave us after the course completion.

Nucleus is the technical event that our college was conducted regularly. It was very big so many students from different colleges participated in it and gave there project presentation paper presentation, Software presentation etc. The chief guest of this technical fest was so many different famous aminent personalities.

I had got very low marks in my 12th standard public exam. 874 / 1200 is not the stuff that you can exactly boast about to any of your relatives or friends. I attended the college interview with fingers crossed. I had got good marks in the Chemistry exam and those were the days there was a mad rush for Computer science as well. I had secured 187 in Computer Science and 158 in Chemistry. I wanted Computer Science, but I knew I won't be selected. So I intentionally ticked "Chemistry" as the stream that I wanted to join. The Principal drilled me as to why I preferred Chemistry over Computer science as Chemistry is vague and computers were interesting. I wanted to get in to this college quite desperately and I said "Chemistry" is a mixture of "Cherry" and "Mist" . I knew it was a dumb explanation (which I learnt from my chemistry teacher), but the principal smiled patiently at him and said he will give me a seat in the Chemistry department. He was keen to know how and what I did in the Chemistry practicals and the outcome of it which I did explained quite clearly.

It was comprehensive, exhaustive and integrated. It was based on credit system for this 3 year course. 90 credits were needed to clear and get the degree 5 papers would focus on the main subject while you had an option to choose your own elective. The papers would take care of 13-15 credits in a semester and there was an extra option of studying something that would really intrigue you options ranged from "Indian History", "Basic French", "Astronomy" to name a few courses. Usually, a person would easily get 100 credits by the time he completes the 3 year course it was well balanced and it was a fantastic concept to begin with.

The overall course curriculum is kind of okay you got to get out your brains from all cheesy stuff and literally put them in the right place we have IP (Instruction Plan ) for every subject and got to study the whole things there is nothing like chapter 1 has a weightage of 10/15 marks whole means "WHOLE".

Every month there are surely some events like promotions, concoctions. fashion shows, singing, dancing,one India, country race, go carting and all other oh how can i forget coke studis plus all new films promotionsInter univ festivals, national boxing championships, leaders interactions.

Around 60% of all the students in my batch got placed. Mainly BFSI, Retail, Education sectors were represented in the placement process most jobs offered were entry-level in sales executive positions some of the companies who came to hire were: India Infoline, HDFC Bank, India Bulls, Magma Fin Corp, The Chopras Global Education, Naukri.com, Khaitan Group, Edusoft, TATA AIG Life, Standard Chartered Bank and many more small companies offering insurance sales profiles average salary package was 2.4lpa lowest was 1.6lpa and highest was 3.25lpa. Standard Chartered offered 3.25lpa, The Chopras offered 2.5llpa. HDFC Bank offered 2.02lpa, Khaitan offered 2.5lpa etc.

I have mixed bag remarks about the college management, they took in very good faculty members and developed a good course content, but the management mainly runs real estate business they are very much profit minded and so the college in a bid to increase revenues ensured that quality takes a back-seat. The college takes students even without a valid CAT or MAT score and mainly has a very good tie-up with CAT/MAT coaching institutes who misguide students and portray the college to be one of the best in the region.

The seniors were always helpful in all the situation during our college life they were helpful in both the college related queries and other queries and especially when something is related to education, they were really helpful and if we ever faced any problem they always helped and guided us until the problem was solved we are always thankful to our seniors.

The placement and job opportunity in our college is efficient enough it provide 80% of placement to the children and the most efficient part is that they prepare the student to face the interview so that even if the student don't gets placed through college at least he can be placed from outside the college.

Culture fest biannually Annual Fest in month of JAN/DecAn IT fest event happens in Feb Freshers and farewell party are pretty common . Apart from these you have a good canteen to hangout with friends and have fun. Usually there IT techfest is very popular and see alot of students participate across india .

Gender ratio is pretty even 60:40 (M:F), extra curricular is restricted to few events per year, but u do have decent sports facilities, like a football ground n sport complex, also they plan a goo activites around the sports area . Facilities of labs are not best in there state of art .

In our college we have to search in for the companies we are interested to do our intern. The college management will simply assist us. I personally showed showed interest to do my intern in Steel Plant Vizag, my Vice-principal encouraged me with his support. As steel plant trains a lot of interns it does not pay any stipend.

In our college the name comes with the fame and there is no domination kind of things. The life is so free and the workshops are good. Gender ratios is male ratio is higher than female. No race dominations, no religion dominations, Some people do some naughty things in colleges. no politics.

More than 200 number of companies used to visit there which are there in all the domain. Google 15LPA, Microsoft 12LPA, L & T 8LPA, LG Electronics 7.5 LPA, AMDOCS 6LPA, Infosys 6LPA, TCS 6LPA, Mahindra 6LPA, Air Force 5LPA, Mahindra British Telecom 6LPA.

Placement was quite OK that year as many companies to our college. One of them was TCS which took around 30-40 students from college campus recruitment. Package from TCS was 2.1 Lakh as CTC .

No there was no scholarship/loan provided by our college. But, it would be good if they start some scholarship for bright students like me. As it will motivate students for performing more.

My course in M.Tech is cyber forensics. In this course all subject are releted to computer crime. And also give knowledge about Indian constitution. Computer forensics is good subject that give important information about the crime that are do by computer and other good subject likeFile system forensics.

My M.tech fees is total 1 lacs 15 thousands but this fees is filled in 4 parts by every semester so I say it is feasible. In first semester give 35 thousands but 5 thousands refund after course complete. In second semester 25 thousands. In third semester 30 thousands. In fourth semester 25 thousands.

Campus was pretty good and big our campus includes 3 engineering college, arts & science college, schools and dental college also a dispensaryt facility was there seperate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls were there.Gender Ratio 65:35 ,65% Males & 35% Females yearly sports competitions will happenInter college sports competitions also were there.

In my batch, only 10% people got placed approximately 35 out of 340 people some comapnies areInfosys, BangaloreHCL Technologies Slash Support Jasper Technologies WiproBut the assitace made by the college for placement is not commentable. I heard now it got improved, some good rate of placements are going on.

They provided 100% placement for out batch. Now also they are continuing the same. All are coming out with a job in hand.All the big it companies and banks used to go for recruitment. I have gone through with ICICI prodential.But i could not join there . But rest of my friends all there respective companies.

Campus is like a honeymoon place.Boys are more in number than the girls. Grils are gets treated badly as liek all engg college. Orissa is a very orthodox place. i participated in college fest. Every year it happens. College only give sponsorship.Sports also good. Inter college grames takes place every year.

The college is disciploned. Infact we had uniforms so that no could be harrased. Sports played a major role in having a good life. Every month there was an event. Infact for cricket only, there were three tournaments organized every year. Not just cricket but football, lawn tennis, badminton, basket ball etc were also provided great importance.

The college provides any type of resource required to gain knowledge. The library was too big and even though if some book was not available, we were provided with e-books so that there could be no hinderence in gaining knowledge. Now the college has plans in building the biggest library offered in any other university.

Sports are good in our campus we can a big play area, where we will be playing cricket, volleyball, shettle and some other extra curricular activities.

There will be no placements, I am not sure currently what was the situation. But, when we are in college, It was very bad.

There are many events celebrated in the college for example when you go as a fresher we are welcomed by our seniors through a freshers program, every year elections are held in the college so that there is some one from within us while we can talk to sort any problem we have plus cultural actives like solo dance competition and inter college poetry group dance debates and many other oppurtunities.

Everything on the college was good there was no brashness towards male students and female students as a matter of fact all females were given the most respect in all ways and all students were taughtand asked tomorrow the same. Many competitors are a part of our college starting with since and plays and poems and skits and modelling and many more till inter college competitions.

We enjoy lots in our college all events are organizes by college and they provide enough space to celebrate our college have no experienced faculty for teaching some of the faculties are good and support us in what ever we want to do our faculties were change after every year so we faced difficulties to make balance with them all over slandered of faculty was average to the best of my knowledge.

Course structure was good as it is affiliated to Dr.M.G.R. Medical University. Course structure was well planned to sharpen a student in all aspects. Though Course structure was good college has no facilities to teach the students. Only complaint I have is detaining the students in the same class if they don't meet the requirements which college people used to take as a weapon and though we write our exams well after all the hard work and without any support from the faculty they used to strike of our papers in final exam, they used to demand money for letting us write the exams and if we question or don't pay they used to detain us. Which used to effect the confidence of us and used to loose the interest on our studies.

Fee structure was feasible. Apart form the fess all the students have to pay separate money for taking hall tickets,applying for exams and for writing exams also. If the university fee is Rs.200 our principal used to collect Rs 2000 which has no bill. for taking hall tickets each student has to pay Rs.10,000 to principal. The final year students have to give some gift to principal before taking exams for example he collected three gold coin of 33g each for us to take the exams.

Placements and job opportunities are provided to the students by the college. There are more than 10 MNC firms that visit for interns and many more interested. College and the firms have a good bonding with the students and the students too are aware of the requirements as per which the information and the knowledge is given as per the requirement.

The faculty are very knowledgeable and have a vast experience in teaching and are also in very friendly in relationship with the students. The staff is always very keen and proactive to help any student without any discrimination.

I appeared for GATE 2008 exam seriously I don't know about that college track record until I entered and it is the best college in south India where more students get select in campus interviews i opted for manufacturing technology in production department as this college has the very good faculty and fully equipped labs there I have so many options to select courses but as I like this field I went with it other mechanical courses also offers in this college such as thermal, mechanical, material engineering, industrial safety and industrial engineering also.

All and all the campus life will be extraordinary and after some years you will think that those days in campus are golden days lab facilities, debate competition, workshops, all will held in a proper way and every year they conduct sports events and they offer prizes I was a runner up in carrom all kinds of people come there to study there wouldn't be any racial discrimination at all, all students will b treated in a same manner that's a big assets for this college.

I would say the strength of the college is it's faculty and course curriculum and it's weakness it's location and to certain extent infrastructure. Though the alumni enjoys good position in reputed organisation that is not bringing easy placements in reputed organisation, it ends well but takes time.

We have had wide variety of companies banking, IT, retail, logistics, consultancy and average gross package worked around 5L p.a. Mine was 3L p.a. Companies to talk about PwC, ICICI Bank, Future Brands, IMS, Bertling Logistics, Axis Bank, Anil Ltd, Vodafone, TimesofMoney, SaintGobain.
