There is a various festivals celebrate in my college based on technical and management. Other festival are also celebrate like Independence day.

I got entrance after 2 attempt in this college. I have 70 percentage in my 12 standard.

Extracircullar activities was average i can give 6 marks out of 10 male gender ratio is high in our college,library,sport equipment etc are available in our college sometimes debate and other competions are also organised by the college .

Hostel facility is not available in my college college canteen food was also average but there is lack of varities i food.

Gender ratio is about 300 girls on 1000 boys.Dorm parties are cool. After one month of college many parties are organised by college like DJ night for 4-5 times for 1st year students. Labs are very good and advanced but robotics lab is a bit old. Every year intra and inter football,volleyball,basketball and cricket competition are orgnised.Debats are orgnised in every technical fest of every branch. A ragging squad is assembled to prevent ragging, which patrol all day and night and if any senior student is seen with doing anything inappropriate to fresher,disciplinary action are taken.

Fresher's party- it is orgnised by 2nd year students for 1st year students, dance competiton and ramp walk are orgnised. Shradhanjli- it is a management festivals organised by college for paying tribute to late t.k. agarwal. Euphoria- it is technical festival by ec department organised for 3 days.there are many events like robo war,gaming war,racing,painting,robotics competition etc. Xergie - organised by cs department for 3 consecutive days.many events like robo war,programming war,gaming war,ethical hacking war are organised.

This is a arts and science college you dont need to do a entrance. But now you need a recommendation for joining.

The governmet provides eductational loan and if you get university rank you will get some good money.

Many companies are call for hire students. And college provide good placement opportunity.

Their was not any entrance exam we were allotted college as per merit by Online admission process. This was very nice college which made me to took admission in this college thats because I took it in my preference list.

Their were very qualified staff at college we were provided separate lab for each subjects that made us to cop up with practical knowledge of the subject. Faculties were also very interested to teach students.

TCS, Mahindra, IBM, There are various companies coming for college selection but for other branches the options are much less.

Just one college festival diwali night. On other fests college does not want to spend money.

Well, it is always difficult to judge & be critical of your institute. Because, one has to be honest in his/her opinion, I would say IIBS is making its best to be a responsible B-School. It has a pool of good administrators, faculty and industry stalwarts, who are committed to nurture future management professionals. Certainly, it is an institute for future MBA aspirants.

Coming from Finance background, I opted for Finance as a major. The entire course was well administered with many visiting faculties providing us with understanding of the industry. We had some of the best professors us financial subjects, covering financial management, markets, derivatives, and so on. We are also introduced to financial market dynamics in depth.

Chartered Accountancy entrance exam CPT in which i got 162/200 ,first of all I chose CA because its the most feasible course available for undergraduate students .Moreover i look forward for a career in the corporate financial sector and marketing department. Thus CA would provide the right start and boost for financial knowledge and St Xaviers kolkata is one of the best commerce college in eastern India.

The course curriculum is a bit deviating in the first year and not upto the mark as we are made to study. Environmental Studies,Hindi and English in the first year which hardly has any use and no relevance with our commercial course. But in second year,english is removed along with environmental studies and hindi which is a relief.

ECET 64 marks i get i choose EEE because the electrical is priority in world so i choose this branch and i choose guru nanak because of teaching and labarotary so i choose this college.

All companies came to college and select all the who good in subject knowledge and practical knowledge.Ibm,microsoft,mahindra and all other companies came to college.

The course is still good but not too much ,there are a lot of thing on research. There is no special attention to teach us correctly, acctually who are lecturers they have a lack of quality and also experience. However, not satisfied.

The rate that is taken by them are not satisfied, there are olny 50 seat in your boys hostel. We are compelled to take same food all days accepting few days. The amount is more than 2000/month .

Course structure is awesome faculty is well qualified and teach with full interest presently, the college more than 85 highly qualified faculty members out of which 61 faculty members are permanent, and over 40 administrative and support staff the nine departments of the college offer 9 undergraduate courses and two post graduate programme.

College infrastructure should be improved. Every information related to Exams and college events should be provided on college website faculty is awesome but teachers available to deal with student are not friendly in nature the college library is awesome

Some companies visited but I got offer letter from two companies and many other are for it courses.

College celebrated Youth fest Not so big just 5-6 college participated.

College xampus It is not so big enough we have a canteen and a play ground and a boys common room and a girls common room too.Gender Ratios Male,Female 1:1 Diversity Our college in based on anti ragging and no cel phones are allowed and in case of tolerance there no partiality between gender,class,caste,religion etc. Economic status is average. There is union in our college for all the extracaricular activities including Debaut,Sports,Drama,Dance,Singing,Workshops and also including tours.

The course is very interesting and the teachers are very well educated and can cope up with any type of students. LCB College is one of the best college in Northeast Region which offers Computer Science and Electronics Major.

Its placement is good and job opportunities are very high and the CSE placement with IBM goes to placement of 98 perecent students.

Freshers or g-qusar fest, its big enough as several big stars come on that event, last year RAFTAR came to the fest.

Celebrated Gyan Manthan and was the coordinator of that event in this event suraj jagat was called I also enjoyed my convocation because many politicians were cordially invited in convocation like Pranab Mukherjee, president of Afghanistan Parkash singh badal and more.

Exam structure was different because every time exam was set by computerized software no one can judge question paper sitting plan in exams also managed by computerized students give exam's under the surveillance of cameras and 2 teachers per room.

College have organised abintio . which was a huge event. All engineer from different college can participate in it also combat and resonanresonance organised for games and cultural activity respectively it was too awesome.

My college doing csr activity with tata communications under this activity they preparing students as developers in android. Its been nice experience working with tata communications.

our college latestly hold youth festivaland more festivals according to all fields like b.com b.cs bsc etc

Course should be applicable in our day to day life and b.com degree needed to teach that course.

Campus is very good. Good infrastructure and full wifi campus. There are a/c library and grounds for different activities and sport. Student also good. The atmosphere is awesome. No ragging, no fighting . There is good conversation betwen all of us and ratio is also enough.

The faculty are very good and teaches very well and professionally. They teaches in such a manner if any one doesn't have any idea about the topic he or she will understand easily and clear all the doubts in lecture itself.

A very nice campus which is long to 200 acres very nice garden an mandir in the campus with full greanry across the campus many sports events are held by the colleges and also good prizes workshops are also held depends on your branch like as I m from cs for us they held cloud computing and bigdata workshop gender ratio is 60 - 40 this year. There is no partiality regarding gender. Also a very secure campus many guards are their no religion prefereece every one is treated equally and selected on the basis of marks.

I get stipend of rs 8000 per month but it is now increased to 12400 rs .It is given to each GATE qualified student taking admission. Campuses are held by TCS Infosys Capgemini Persistent and many more core branches company. I am from computer science branch so I know the above companies. College TNP Dept. is very supportive when campuses come they provide each and every information regarding the procedure of company selection process also privides training regarding campus selection process.
