The Campus life is very awesome. Several sports like cricket, football, volley ball, basket ball are continuously oraganised. There is also Sports Day Celebration in which High Jump,Long Jump,Races and many more sports are included. The Gender ratio depends on branch,IT,ECE,CSE has around 30-40% girls whereas less numbers in EE,CE and ME. Our College also provides courses on BBA,BCA,MBA and M.Tech. So,overall there is healthy amount of girls to boys ratio. The labs are well equipped with useful and few modern and few still old devices.

Campus life is good. Gender ratio is 8.5:1. Students are from all over the nation. There is a great level of interaction. Political hopes of student start from third year. Competetions are very good and interactive.
The College is best according to me. In context to negative highlights ,there is a bad atmosphere(drugs and all). But that depends on student. So overall rating goes as 9.5/10.
The campus life is of course memorable. Gender ratios is quite good in CS,IT and ECE department but there is a lack of girls in core branches even though Electrical department have good gender ratio. There are lots of extra curricular activities held in college for every type of students regarding study or sports. The labs are equipped well where students in group of 3-4 perform experiments. Cricket,Football,Volley Ball,Athletics are on top list of our college sports.
I had given WBJEE Entrance Exam held on 15th April 2012. My rank was 20616. From that very year, they had introduced online counseling for admission and I had applied for it. I had chosen only top 5 colleges of that time and Asansol Engineering College is the nearest from my hometown Dhanbad, so I had opted for it. I got Electronics and Communication Engineering in the 2nd round of counseling out of 3 rounds.
