The companies visiting in the campus for placement are offereing good profile and handsome salary for the fresh pass outs as well as the opportunities for learning are great.
Campus life is good, no gender discrimination is made here and also the other infrastructure and other activities are great in the campus.
I got admission based on my GATE score. I scored 96.33 percentile. With this score I have options like VJTI, NSIT AND BITS. I took admission in VJTI because its admission calendar was earliest. Placement of VJTI is OK and its improving day by day. But its almost 9 years that I got passed out.
College management should encourage more research. They should tieup with more industries so that students can get an insight to real world. Research should be focused on real world issues. Guide should take Role of project manager.
Sorry. But no placement plan. Actually placements offers for only government departments. Not in self financed. But it's ok.
Very helping. Some has bad attitude. They interface in every department. But our faculty always help us.

Good maintained swimming tank,Gymnasium etc. Male students are more than girl students. Students from all over the world take admission in college. Labs are well maintained with all equipment available. College has a Debating Union which conducts debating competitions.
Administration is not good. Administration of the college needs to behave more politely with students. Also no proper information regarding college activities, admissions, etc is provided every time.

Campus life was awesome. Thankfull my college had a big campus. Male to female ratio would be like 55:45. Most of students were from diverse backgrounds. It was a proper cosmopolitan college mixed with students of every language. The science labs were good, as good as any in Mumbai. Sports was OK, College didnt provide all the equipments.
I wish the college would make better toilets and also provide clean and cool drinking water. This is my biggest complaint and I am sure thats the complaint of 1000 of other students. The toilets were very bad and dirty; but not as bad as the train station
Many companies cam like TCS, honeywell, cognizent, accenture.I think it would be more than 80 percent student got placed.

To begin with, DCAC comes under the Delhi University. And in order to get admissions into anyone of DU's colleges one does not have to appear any entrance exams. Students are chosen on the first-come-first basis but only if their 12th standard percentage meets the cut off list relesed by the particular college that they are applying for.So to answer the question, I did not take any entrance to get into DCAC but I got it with my 12th marks. History has always facinated me. I love reading and telling stories and most importantly I love knowing facts. Yes, I was one of those during high school who had once said that history is boring and all it does to you is make you feel sleepy. But then during my senior year in school I had a very interesting teacher. He was very passionate about the subject and at the same time had a very good sense of humour. The humour was only during his classes. So he was a very big factor in me taking up this particular course.Well I actally did not choose this college. It was my sister who did it for me. She said its near by from where we stay and therefor its convenient. But to be honest, I am very happy with my college and have no regrets.
We have two kinds of fest in our college, infact in every DU college. The first ones are a little bit smaller, that is the department fest where each department have been alloted a particular date and they organise the fest. This is done firstly by looking for sponsors and the theme is usually regarding the subject. A lot of food stalls are set up, variety of games and also some talent shows takes place. Each department has a particular name for their fest. Our department's fest is called "Dharohar." The second and the most important is the annual college fest. The proceedings are very similar to the departmental fests but the most seeked forward event during the fest is the closing performance by a celebrity singer. They programme is usually jam packed and the crowd goes crazy as is the trend in Delhi, you play lound music and everyone goes crazy! Most colleges do have passes for the annual fests while some allow students to enter with the college ID cards. Similar to the deparmental fests, the annual fest of each college have a name. DCAC's annual fest is called "Ambrosia."
College is very good, best support from faculty members and even from seniors. Every event they organize is very good, but it seems that hostel people are not that happy with the food. The campus is also good Every year they organize vtu college fest in e

It is very embarrassing that this govt college has not suffer faculty. Certain departments are governed by a single faculty member. plz don't opt this college for physiology, biochemistry, anatomy at least. Taking orthopaedic, ophthalmology, skin n v. d. are good options .
