There are meetings , programs , sports events goes around all the year . The library provided different books even if don't buy books for the semester we can read from there . Overall the campas is good and they even thake aru e-learning class and provide us with computers if we need anything.

The cources fees aru medium not to high not to low , but it is difficulty for many students to pay semester fees every 6 months during the semester fromfill up ,but they provide versious cources which later helps in securing jobs , and even help students who can't pay their fees .

The fees structure for aided course is around 25000 and for self supporting is around 70000.There are scholarships provided in our college.Placements are good and the highest package is 54 LPA currently. There are many clubs in our college.

I have chosen CSE course. I will rate this course as 9/10. All the staffs are well versed in their field.And the teaching is good.The way of teaching is good and the doubts are solved by the faculties then and there.

i was fixed to chose ece curriculum really works hard to delevop.. meanwhile eveything depends on the teacher real life imporvement needed more faculty required expirienced teachers required more events for students and have to develop a student friendly environment exams are conducted more often with min of 28 days of time

Since College of engineering kottarakkara is a college under institute of human resource development which is a part of Government of Kerala it does not have any special tuition fee increasing policy. The complete cost of my education including tuition fees service fees for selfies etc approximately 3 lakh rupees. There are various State Government and Central Government scholarship available for students who are from backward classes. State Government's of Kerala provides egrantz scholarship. Students of minority communities can apply for MCM scholarship. Other scholarships includes Central sector scholarship etc.... Since I am a second year students currently I don't have any employment from the campus and have not received any stipend.

The main aspect of the curriculum that influenced by decision to choose B.tech in computer science is the relevance of the subject in this today's world. As we all know computer science has become a core element for every employer . Since my University Kerala technical University update it's curriculum every 5 years ,the curriculum is very much updated so that it is well enough for new students to get new jobs in the real world. The university should include technical knowledge in the syllabus for good employment opportunities for students. Kerala technical University conducts two series examinations and one semester examination for each semester and the difficulty level is medium.

The curriculum is outstanding in the sense it provides one of the best MBA course offered in anywhere around the country.Also it has quite the brand and its very renowned so that was a deciding factor for me to join this college.The faculties are also some of the best teachers there is and their teaching is mind blowing.

Atarva is the Annual B School fest and the sports annual event named as Speed is organasied every year here. There are also many other festivals, competitons that takes place for over the whole year.The library our college posseses is quite the marvel for students as its the second largest one in all of Karnataka.

We have recently updated curriculum. Curriculum really helps us to grow in real world. We have courses like application programming which helps us to create website ranging from frontend to backend I don't think there is any scope of ipmprovment. Teaching method is really good.Teachers are really helping in all fields. You can msg directly to any teacher for help. We have to maintain strict discipline in class. We have two sessionals and one end sem exam and there difficulty is from moderate to difficult.

Abhivyakti is our cultural fest and Tantrafiesta is our technical fest and they held in the month of february and October respectively. We have wide variety of books ranging from acedmics to personal development. We have projector and mic facility along with ac rooms. We have less space for extracurricular activities but our playground is in construction phase. We have various clubs like dotslsash club for competitive coding and gdsc club for various fields

Colledge placement are good as compared to any other college. Top tiers companies come here like amazon , microsoft , gold man sachs . Highest pakage goes to 80-90 lpa With avg pakage of 14lpa 85% students got placed

Iam having a enjoyable experience in my college. This includes campus life and many programs that are conducted without any due. Colleges are having sport day, fresher's day, tech festival, cultural festival which are amazing. Also different workshops are available for student

Excellent curriculum for getting job opportunities makes efficient in mechanical engineering. Not enough time for studies due to frequent examinations and congested time schedule. There should be improvement in time management

Campus is brilliant . Though places to spend leisure time is less, infrastructure is so good . It makes our college one of the best colleges in our state . We have air conditioned class room , digital teaching methods, and best faculties. And college union is also nice . They conduct many programs like Holi festival, Christmas, Onam festival etc.

Tution fees is Rs 25370 yearly . Totally approximately 1.7 lakh is needed for 4 years including hostel charges . Government provides Egrantz scholarship for economically backward students.After 4 years of course ,there is 1 year compulsory internship for which we are provided a stipend of Rs30000 per month.

The largest btech fest is mayukh which is usually conducted in March. The other department fests are also held in their respective months. There are 4 libraries in total and the largest one is the central Library which has books related to every course. Classrooms are fine but they can be better with digital board. Five fold activites are available under which there are many sports options like badminton,volleyball, basketball etc which you can take.

One of the main reasons to get here were good placement rates and safety. It is one of the safest universities in India as you do not get to go outside without permission. Exposure is fine not that good as your not allowed to go outside much but effoiare made. They can be less strict I would say and restrictions can be shifted. Frequency of exams is 3 per semester 1. It is a 6 years course integrated B tech with PUC which is equivalent to Intermidiatte In PUC they include Subjects like MPC, English, And It we can choose biology also as an extra credit and in engineering our collage has 6 groups CSE,ECE,EEE, MECHANICAL, CHEMICAL AND METALLURGICAL AND MATERIAL ENGINEERING the choosing of branch based on ur merit in PUC this university has excellent lab facilities and faculty.

There is a lot of scope for creative people they have different organisations based on interests like student Mitra,SDCAC, Helping Hands which helps in students to improve their creative side and it also have minor degrees like music

Campus life is awesome at AKGEC. Sadly there are no fests in AKGEC . But we have all sorts of groups and clubs in AKGEC . There are a lot os socities , Tech society being my favourite one . We have different clubs and society as well as sports teams which engage with students to perform at different level and also at zonal level.

To be very frank here internship opportunities are very hard to get and very less as compared to the requirements of the strength . Here internship companies are very less as the college didn't prvide fro holidays during outing period as heard from seniors and you won't be allowed to skip the exams.

This college shifted to its permenent campus recently so camous is still in its inital stages whole campus has only 4 buildings and the campus is located far away from main city howeve the hostel comes the facility of wifi and other things and classrooms are AC ventelited

the course curriculim is over all good and the exam are held ever month there are 2 sessional exam and 1 end sem exam and the paper is set by the institute itself the difficulty is moderate however the real life application practice lags in this college

*Tuition fee hike was annually in my college and the rate of such hikes is not so handsome it is annual increament of 1500 rupees. * In the first year I got 7500 amount of scholarship and in the second year I have got 11500 rupees of amount as scholarship and the third yet to come.

The college fee is total 70000 .by through scholarship we get 35000.and the remaining fee is we have to pay. The scholarship certificate we have to submit in management by through that certificates the scholarship money will credit in our count.

There are many festivals held in the College like annualday, farewell day. The main event in the GMRIT is the STEPCONE there are many technical events are held by the different branches, students from different Colleges are attend to participate in the technical events and they get the participation certificate. The winner students get some prize money directly into their bank account. There is the library with thousands of books related to branches and journals with different authors. The classes are under the CCTV surveillance and projector. Extracurricular activities will be held in the class weekly once each and every student should participate in the activities.

The fees structure is different according to the branch we selected. Mostly ECE,IT,CSE having high fee amount, The students who got best rank in EAMCET have no fees they have to pay the vidhyadeevana amount which is given by the state government. Some students comes from the diploma by attending ECET exams have no fees they get JVD. Students have to pay fees 82000 for the college who comes under the management quota . But every student who is staying in the College hostel should pay the 102000 rs per annum.
