DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

University provide placement opportunities in last year of course as many companies visit campus and offer jobs. Students can give them interview as per their choice of company. In third year, University provide opportunity of intership for students. Around 250 to 300 companies like Microsoft , Amazon, Google,etc, visit campus and offers were made around 2400 offers. Highest package of 1.8 Cr (international) and 64 lpa (domestic) is offered and average package of 13 lpa. Percentage of students getting placement is 70%. I planned to try to clear my interview during campus placement

Students can avail placements from 6th sem onwards. Sprinklr, HCL and other tech and non tech companies do visit. Highest package was 85 lakh Percentage of students placed is above 80% I plan to appear for campus placements after graduation.

From third year onwards we start to get internships and from fourth year placements .There are companies like tata ,Bajaj ,Google and many more which have visited our campus and offered placements. Total no of offers made are about 1833 offers are made.Highest is 1.2crore offered by Amazon Ireland and average is 23.70lakh about 80% students are placed.after getting degree I will pursue my job only

Placements are good in DTU but don't expect them to be as good as those of old IITs. But ya they are much more than newer IITs. Also, if you gain relevant skills and maintain your CGPA, you're not have any problem in grabbing high package. For detailed placement stats, you should refer official website. Percentage of students placed depends individually on a batch but most of the students get placed that's not much of a big deal. I am thinking of doing Masters from abroad after my Bachelors, as I am a constant learner and I want to explore new dimensions.

students become eligible from 5 th sememster. It is compulsory for the students to get summer training as it is of 2 credits to be alloted by the university. I am in DTU( formerly known as DCE) and my first year is gonna end tomorrow, before my admission in DTU, i too had such questions in my mind, but now i have seen it myself, DTU has one of the most finest teachers. Unlike DU or IP universities, the teachers here are always on time, they never cancel the classes, but if in any case they did, they use to compensate it in next few days. The teachers who taught my batch, taught us with great effort, even if a single student out of a batch of 60 students missed onto something, they used to clarify that particular thing then and there. They always taught the concepts and later few questions were practiced. They create a friendly bond with the students and are always up for your doubts whenever you want. I can definitely say by the first year experience that DTU is great in studies and quality of professors.

Placements offered by DTU is top notch and at par with IITs. Various dream companies like google, microsoft, amazon visits the campus for recruitment every year. I am currently in my First year and Don't have an exact idea but I have heard some students getting placement from the start of third year. Speaking of Placement session of 2023, 325+ companies visited the campus and 1900+ Students were placed. Highest domestic package was given by Atlassian which is 82.5LPA CTC. Major recruiters were GOOGLE, SAMSUNG, SALESFORCE, SPRINKLR MICRROSOFT, Adobe, Uber etc. About 90% of the students were placed in one or more companies as per the official data. I plan to go for masters in business administration after my BTECH DEGREE.

From 6th sem onwards companies start visting campus for placements and 3rd sem onwards for internship. Some big names are Google, tower research, apple, microsoft, atlassian, intuit, morgan stanley, goldman sachs etc HIghest pkg: 1.8 cr by amazon 75% placement

Students from 5th semester onwards are required to do summer training which is also called internship. Internship process is filtered on the basis of the marks scored by a student followed by internal shortlisting. There are many indian and foreign companies that visitied our college in FY 2022-23 like Google, Amazon , Apple , Microsoft, Atlassian, Sprinklr, Paytm , Oyo , Flipkart etc All the companies have made decent offers along with the CTC offered. The highest package was of 1.8cr internationally and 1.12cr domestically. Made by Facebook London and a HFT Startup. Mostly students get placed decently and some chose to persue higher education after their batchelors. My plan is to persue higher education after gaining some experience.

The campus placement here are good .after the end of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placement many fang companies visit here like amazon facebook.about 50percent students placed every year .highest package this yearis of 84lpa
