- Lots of opportunities staring from sports,tech or co curricular activities

- There is a large crowd in the college which makes the environment competitive and eventually make you tougher
Dislikes
- I think the fee structure of this college is too high which should be lower
- Weather in the city is too hot and humid. Hard to survive
- Because the campus is too large you to travel a lot on your own
Placement Experience:
This college have their own placement cell which takes care of the placement drive conducted in the campus. I dont have idea how many companies have visited but more than 90 percent of the students of CSE branch got place . Highest package was 83 lpa and average 750000. Which has increased compared to last year. I plan is to go for higher studies after completing my degree

Placement Experience:
Collage provide good opportunity to the placement and for the student who have studied and prepared well would easily crack that opportunity.
The highest placement is 62lpa and the average is 6 lpa and near about 700 companies visit the collage
KIIT claim that it has 100 percent of placement but in reality it's is near about 90 percent of the student got the placement. In the end it will depend on the student to grab the opportunity.

The placement drives begin after 6th semester. There are multiple companies which visit and almost 80% of students are given multiple offers . The average package is about 8 lakhs and the highest went 72 lakh . I

Best private college in eastern india for computer science engineering.
The curriculum seems upto date.

- Campuslife I really appreciate the campus and the infrastructure of kiit , the campus is vibrant and good place to explore yourselves.
- Faculty is good and helpful to students.they help them in each and every aspect.
- In my college a lot of different types of courses are provided like btech, bcom, mbbs etc that's what I like
Dislikes
- High fees is a problem for some students so they have to avail loan.
- Hostel quality and meess food is not up to mark.
- Fast course completion before time so it becomes difficult for students.
Placement Experience:
Placements are ok.
Sometimes it's good sometimes moderate but not bad. Many companies visit campus so it's totally dependent on individual.

- KRS( KIIT Robotics society) has given me so many opportunities in the field of robotics and providing me with the tools necessary for skill up.
- The study material is provided online on google classrooms.
- The campus of KIIT is very lively and is great place to stay at.
Dislikes
- The hostel curfew can be very annoying at times.
- 2nd year can be a struggle academically to get through
- The mandatory 75% attendance can be frustrating,
Placement Experience:
KIIT provides 100% placements with the average package of the previous batch being 8lpa with companies like IBM, infosys, cognizant, google, microsoft, etc and the highest being 62lpa.It also allows off campus placements or students can procceed to higher education.

- KIIT robotics society is a great society that has given me opportunitirs to learn in the field or robotics
- I like that all the teaching that is done is in ppt format and they provide us with all the ppts for revistion purposes.
- I like how many resources are to a student for skill up and learning/specialising in a certain field
Dislikes
- The mandatory 75% percent attendance can often feel like a nuisance.
- The curfew that the hostels put on students can be very frustrating at times.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I decided to choose the btech course in kiit because it was the field i was interested in and kiit had a good reputation .further looking into the course of btech it prepares u well for ur placement as it has prepares you for interviews and for what the companies in the market are looking for.The curriculum also had subject that i had an interest in and they let us choose our desired electives so it seemed like the perfect choice for me.
the only thing i would change are some of the subject that are taught since they have no real relevance in the future of a btech student. The frequency of exams is overall good with midterms being 1 month after the semester has begun and the end semester being at 1 and a half month after midesems with plenty of holidays in between.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum was good and was practical based mostly as semester increases.
The curriculum traces all the sectors of the real world problems and it uplifts the academic pursuits.
The teaching should be more interactive with the help of real life examples and the course curriculum should include a few practical based subjects.
As said before the Mid Semester Exam would be 90 minutes while the End Semester would be 3 hours and the difficulty increases semester wise.

- The mess food is quite not good , who will hate it.
- The academic pressure is so much on the head of students.
- Weather is not good here, Its too hot and heat in the summers.
Placement Experience:
The college placement are quite good . The average package is around 8 Lpa . The students are eligible for campus plcement from the starting of the 3 year. The percentage of students getting placements is also good around 80-90 percent students who sits in placement gets their job.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
