From the 6th sem onwards training process starts and companies use to come from the 7th semester from then onwards the placement process starts generally the GPA criteria is applicable for super dream offering companies

Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. According to last year's statistics, more than 200 companies visit vit vellore and numerous offers are made. Highest package- 1.01 Cr Avg package- 8L More than 90% of students are placed I plan on pursuing MBA after this degree

After 3rd-year 2nd sem students become eligible for placements. 700+ companies visited in the year 2022 for placements and 70%+ students got the offer. As of 2022, the Highest package is 1.01cr and the average package is around 8.18lakhs yearly. My plan is to work for 2 years and then apply for a Master.

It was the best course University can offer as CS has high placements offers. Faculty to student ratio is decent enough Almost all teachers are PHD teachers and decent enough Exams are bitted havoc but manageable

VIT Vellore has a strong reputation for its placements. Students become eligible for campus placements from their 6th semester (for the B.Tech program). Many top companies visit VIT Vellore for campus placements. Some of the prominent companies that visited VIT Vellore in the past include Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Facebook, IBM, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro, among others. The number of offers made by these companies varies every year.

In our university, the placements start at the end of the 3rd Year and for our branch, more than 50 core companies and IT companies visited VIT. For our branch, the average package is 5.5 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 50 lakhs per annum. Here mostly 100% of the students are placed and some students opt for higher studies also. For our branch companies like Tata, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes, and many more companies visit for placements and the placement is decent in VIT. For CSE branches the placements are excellent.

Information Technology was very similar to cse so I picked it. the classrooms are either way it is very hard to get the course and faculty that you pick and be careful of blacklisted faculties. The faculties basically teach from ppts they read it out and leave after taking attendance. Every other month exams happen no preparation time would be given for exams they happen parallelly.75 % minimum attendance is mandatory for writing exams. Getting medical leave will also be counted as absent.

From end of 3rd year or I can say 6th semester students are eligible for on campus placements. Approx 900+ companies visit vit for placement which includes Microsoft, IBM , tata, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan ,Amazon, PayPal etc.. Highest package is of 1 cr+ got in 2022 and average package is around 7-8 LPA . Around 85-90 percent students get their placements. My plan is to take a job in a MNC from placements or I can seek for MBA.

From 6 semesters the students are eligible for placements. we can apply for placements for various companies. last year's highest was 44L and the lowest was around 3 L. percentage of students who apply and get placed is 95%.
