There is an exam called VITEEE to get admission in VIT for B. Tech. studentsThe difficulty level of this exam is approximately equal to the Advanced exam.

The college boasts a 100% placement which is also true to a very large extent. Every year more than 500 companies visit the campus to recruit students from all the branches and have ample of internship opportunities as well.

Particularly for CSE, the placements are pretty good. Many MNC's come to give placements like amazon, Google, Microsoft, HP and many more give salaries up to 50 lakhs.90% of students get placed. The average salary is 6-7 lakhs. From the 6th sem that is the 3rd year, you are eligible to get placed. If you want to do a master's you can do a master's in any foreign university with the help of VIT as they have many bonds with different universities all over the world.

My plan is to get a good offer from the campus so that I can have a base atleast.

The placement of my college is very good and approx 60% from civil Engineer got placed and 90% of CS student are placed for my branch area is paracecal are quite High like 97% of my students are got placed in many companies and they have chance to do work in aerospace engineering highest package is one from a bicycle and the lowest package is 10 lakh per annum and the average is 20 lakhs per annum.

Research Opportunities has really been good. VIT publishes over 3000 research and review papers every year. Students get ample opportunities to research under foreign researches and university pays for all publishing cost and patent. University sets up labs with many international University and fund a lot for learning. Clubs and Chapters- There are hundreds of clubs and chapters in the Vellore campus itself and university spends over 200 crores INR on development of skills. Placement opportunities- Placements are very good here, with highest package of 75L and over 1000 super dream offers in the campus. Riveria - one of the biggest college fest in india.

Many companies like Google, Microsoft, HP and many big companies come I have shared these name s as you might be aware of those names apart from those many companies come and provide quite good placements. 90% of students get placed. If you don't want to go for the placement you can also go for masters in other foreign countries and with the help of the university itself as they have bonds signed with other universities.

In CSE there are maximum placement companies like amazon, google, HP, Microsoft recruits student but for that, you need to have good CGPA. 90% of student gets placed and VIT also holds the record for max placement in Limca Book of record. If you want to do masters VIT can also help you in getting a masters degree through foreign universities.

Students become eligible for campus placements in 6-7 semesters. On our campus, many of the companies offered avg. 7lac/annum like Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Upgrad, Flipkart etc and many more. More than 80% are getting placed every year.

Students are allowed for placement from the 3rd year. Many companies like Ashok Leyland and Mahindra and many more. The highest package for mechanical is 210000 and average package is around 5 to 7 lakhs.90% of students get placed and rest student goes for masters or family business. You can also go outside for a master's with the help of your institute.
