BHU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

My first choice to pursue my MBA programme was from IIT Ahmedabad, but since I couldn't be able to take admissionss there due to some reasons , I preferred studying MBA at BHU. As I had already pursued BBA from this institute, BHU was eventually my another option as it was already very popular for its academic excellence, quality education services, incredibly knowledgeable faculty, challenging curriculum, healthy competition, practical learning experience, student-driven campus, etc. My admission was done based on CAT score and BHU PET (test conducted by BHU) followed by PI and GD.

The students become eligible for campus placements after the third semester. A huge number of companies visit the campus for placements, some of them are ICICI Bank, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, etc. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs per annum and the average package was 7lakhs per annum. Almost 95% of the batch is placed. After getting the degree, I plan to get into the corporate world with the necessary skills and talents needed to excel there.

Banaras Hindu University offers MBA program which is very relevant to the industry needs. The admission is based on the CAT scores and combined merit of Written Test; Academic records, Group discussion and Interview. The institute is having good reviews both on placement offers and the infrastructure facilities. So I decided to join BHU

Admission Programme in BHU is done on the basis of BHUPET followed by WAT and PI. The admission notification normally releases during April/May every year. It is one of the best universities in India withith all its infrastructure and students independence.

Good Aspects: Academic Excellence, Highly Qualified and experienced faculties, excellent senior junior relationship, an amazing campus environment, super-friendly alumni association, classroom learning experience, international collaborations, great rankings, great exposure, experiential learning experience, etc. Admission process for the MBA programme is done based on the CAT or BHU PET scores along with scores in bachelors or masters followed by a GD and PI round.

My first preference to puruse management education was Banaras Hindu University (BHU) because the institute has several good aspects such as record-breaking placements, academic excellence, rigorous curriculum, qualified faculty, affordable fee structure, Student-driven Campus, Interactive Student Faculty Relationship, etc. Admission for the MBA programme is done based on a valid CAT score as well as their performance in GD/PI rounds.

I aspire to get the MD degree and then I will start practising Ayurveda and this will empower common people as Ayurveda is a holistic approach to treatment and with minimal side effects. Reduction in behavioural diseases will be my prime goal.

BHU, Varanasi is among the most renowned universities of the state and this is the reason why I decided to pursue MBA here. The Institute was ranked 3rd overall and 36th for MBA in NIRF Rankings. The university has been approved by both AIU & UGC and has also been accredited by NAAC. Admissions to the MBA program in BHU are provided on the basis score in CAT/BHU PET exam, followed by PI/GD.

MBA admissions happen on the basis of combined merit of Entrance Test, GD & Interview. Academic eligibility for the course is: B.Sc. (Ag.) or allied disciplines OR B.Sc. Home Science/Life Science background: Botany, Zoology, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Technology under 10+2+3 Scheme OR A Post Graduate in the above disciplines. For SC/ST candidates, only pass mark is required.
