AEEE Result 2019 - Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will be announcing the result of AEEE 2019 tentatively on May 5. To check the result, candidates need to enter the registration number and date of birth. As per the marks scored by the candidates in the AEEE 2019, the authority will assign the separate ranks to all appeared candidates. According to the rank of the candidates, they will be called for the counselling.

AEEE 2019 Result Date

AEEE 2019 Result will be Declare on May 5, 2019, and those candidates have given this examination, they can check their result through official website of Amrita University. Those students will score the higher marks; only they will get admission in Amrita University.

Candidates can check and download them by entering registration number, date of birth and code. By candidates’ marks, the admission authority will choose the cut off in the form of opening and closing rank. The candidates will be select fore seat allotment by their cut off the rank.

How to Check AEEE 2019 Result

The Result will be declared for the qualified candidates of the exam. Based upon the scores, the institute will shortlist the candidates for multiple streams as per their merit in the exam. Here’s how you can check your AEEE Result

AEEE 2019 – Normalization of Scores

The normalization of scores is necessary because there will be multiple shifts of the entrance exam. The normalization of the score is mandatory for determination of merit or ranking to be used during the Counseling/Seat Allotment process. The normalization procedure applied is based on percentiles, which is a score based on the relative performance of the all the candidates appearing for the exam. The marks obtained by the candidates are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0.

  • The percentile score indicates the percentage of candidates who have scores equal to or below that particular percentile.
  • The percentile score is calculated to 7 decimal places to avoid any kind of tie and bunching effect.
  • The result is prepared in three shifts, the Parameters are – 
  1. Raw score
  2. Percentages
  3. Percentiles (up to 7 decimal places) separately for each of the four subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) and the Total.

AEEE 2019 Cut Off

The candidates can check the AEEE cut off marks after declaration of result. It will be released by the concerned authority along with the result. The candidates those will satisfy the qualifying cut off marks will be eligible to participate in the further admission process.

It is necessary for the candidates to get the minimum qualifying marks to become eligible for the admission. The cut off marks may vary each year depending upon the factors affecting the cut off marks. The authority will release the cut off marks in the form of opening and closing ranks.

The cut off marks will be released separately for each specializations of engineering. Also the cut off may vary for each affiliated campus of Amrita University. Candidates can check the cut off separately for each campus.

AEEE 2019 Rank List

  • The authority will publish the rank list after few days of the declaration of the result. The rank list will be prepared on the basis of performance of the candidate in the entrance exam.
  • The AEEE 2019 result will be declared on May 5, 2019. The rank list will be published on the university website in the first week of May 2019. The rank list can be get through online mode only.
  • As per the marks scored by the candidates in the written test, the authority will assign the separate ranks to all the candidates.
  • On the basis of rank of the candidate, they will be called for the counselling and allotted the seat.

AEEE 2019 Counselling Process

  • AEEE counselling will be organized in the three campuses of Amrita University. Students can attend the counselling at one of the campus as per their convenience.
  • The Amrita University 2019 counselling process will be started from May 10, 2019. The counselling will be commenced soon after the publication of rank list. It is necessary to secure rank to be eligible for the counselling.

  • Counselling schedule will be published after the result announcement. Before participating in counselling process, candidates are advised to check their eligibility norms.

Amrita University 2019 Counselling Procedure

Here we are providing the detailed counselling process for admission in B.Tech course:

  • Counselling will be organized in online mode. It is necessary to attend the counselling to get admission.
  • To attend the counselling, students have to register and pay the counselling fee.
  • Students need to attend the counselling and fill the preference.
  • The counselling fee is non-refundable.
  • Without producing original documents, candidates are not permitted to attend the counselling process.
  • The seat allotment will be based on candidate’s AEEE 2019 rank, eligibility, category, choices filled for branch and seat availability in colleges.
  • Once the seat is allotted to candidates, they have submit the balanced admission fees & have to complete other admission formalities as prescribed by the university.

Documents Required at the Time of Counselling

Students have to bring various documents (in original) along with their photocopies at the time of counselling. Without documents verification, candidates will not be considered for admission. The list of required documents at the time of counselling are listed below:

  1. 10th Class Certificate.
  2. 12th Class Mark Sheet.
  3. Class 12th Hall Ticket and AEEE 2019 Hall Ticket.
  4. AEEE 2019 Rank Card.
  5. Transfer Certificate from the last studied school to prove the “State” from where candidates have passed the examination.
  6. Category Certificate (in case of SC/ST).
  7. Sports category certificate (if applicable).
  8. Other documents as mentioned in the call letter.
