MH CET LAW 2019 APPLICATION & REGISTRATION

The government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell, has released MH CET Law Application Form at www.dhepune.gov.in on January 28, 2019. This year, MH CET Law 2019 is to be held on April 21 (For 5-year integrated) and May 11 (For 3-year) in online mode.

The conducting body will release the official schedule shortly. Until then, go through the following table to get an idea about the schedule for the application process:

Registration steps for 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB programs are almost similar. They are listed below:
Log in to the portal with the provisional ID and Password. Complete the form by filling all the details as asked. Click “Save and Next” button. When you are sure of the information, click on “Submit” button and move to the next step.
Details in Application Form
Candidate Name | Includes the details of first name, middle name, and last name. |
Email ID | A valid functional email id which can be used for communication |
Mobile Number | A functional mobile number so that candidates can receive the notification on the phone. |
Candidate Age | Age has to be given in years and months eg: 26 years and 6 month |
Date of Birth | To verify the age DOB is printed in the format of the date, month and year. |
Father Name | Name of father in 50 characters as printed in class 10 certificate |
Mother name | Name written without prefix must have 50 characters and must match the name printed on birth certificate. |
Class 10th Marks | Percentage marks obtained in class 10 and the year of passing class 10. Details of board cleared in class 10. |
Class 12th Marks | Details of the stream selected, board percentage mark and year of passing class 12. |
Graduation subjects (Only for 3-year LLB Program) | Subjects studied in graduation, university details and percentage marks obtained in qualifying examination. |
Reservation details | Upload the certificate issued and registered with government bodies. The reservation is for Kashmir migrants, SC/ST, OBC, OBC of Gujarat. |
Address details | Details of street, city, district, etc. in the format displayed on the official website. |
Upload the scanned images of additional documents, photograph, and signature. This must comply with the guidelines defined by the conducting body. A brief about the specifications are listed below:

Before finally submitting the application form, click ‘Preview’ tab and verify all the details in the application form. Modify details if required and click on ‘Final Submit Only’. Next, click on ‘Payment’ tab and proceed for making the payment for Maharashtra Law CET.
The application fee for CET can be paid via online mode only. Bank Transaction charges for online payment of fee will have to be borne by the applicant. Tabulated below is the category wise fee for the exam:

The State Common Entrance Test Cell prescribes the eligibility for the law programs. As per the standards, eligibility is different for 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB program. Listed below is a brief information for the same:

Ques. What should I do if there is a lot of delay in accessing the page?
Ans. The internet connection must be checked. During last few days plenty of people are accessing the website so it can be slow.
Ques. How do I know that my application is registered?
Ans. If you get a registration number and password, this means the registration number is successful.
Ques. I did not receive the email intimation for registration of my application?
Ans. Check the spam folder of your mailbox, these are auto response mails. Check the mail policy of your email service provider, where is it directing the auto-response emails.
Ques. How do I re-confirm that my application is saved?
Ans. Generate a reprint of the application form to check the successful registration.
Ques. I got Blank / Zero Registration No. after submission of application online?
Ans. Register again and take a print out of the application form, to ensure the registration.
Ques. After filling up the complete form, I got Blank Screen / Internet got disconnected / My PC closed/hanged / shutdown. Is my application saved/registered?
Ans. Login to the system with registration number and password, in case you are not able to login, register again.
Ques. In which mode can I pay the application fee?
Ans. In online mode, only the application fee can be paid. A fee has to be paid through credit/debit card.
Ques. What details should I retain while replying to auto-response emails?
Ans. Retain the details of “registration number” and “password”.
Ques. What details should I provide while writing about the problem?
Ans. The details of registration number, mobile number, date of birth and the full name must be written in the email sent to the authorities.
Ques. I want to change/correct the details I entered in the Application?
Ans. Before hitting the final submit button you can change the information furnished on the application form. Once the final submit button is hit, no changes can be done.

Where are the centres for MH-CET exam? Are outside Maharashtra centres also available?.....Like Delhi or NCR??
